If you are an absolute HOT sleeper, this will be your new best friend. It didn’t work for me personally because I only get hot in the middle of the night, and with this and 2 blankets over it, I was still freezing the first few hours. I literally lost sleep waiting for my body to warm up, so this thing is suuuper cooling. But I can imagine for someone who is HOT HOT but has to have a blanket on them to sleep (like we me when lose power during hurricane season) this thing is amazing. ... show more
