TWO PARALLEL DELAY SIGNALS!!!!
YES, it DOES run two delays in parallel if you want. And I WANT! Once I changed the chain order I was very happy. You can position the delays, looper and reverb in any order you want so you can sample the effects or not. You can dial in your perfect delay lengths and create amazing clouds of dreamy dreamyness. Easy to use, built very well with all metal parts. Worth the money. The LEDs are blinding but clearly show you the length of your delays as they melt your retinas. Cool little box. ... show more

Ocean Machine II - Weird, and kind of awesome
I have owned a large number of delay, reverb, and multi-effects pedals in the day. This one. Well has to be one of the weirder ones. Let me be clear, I don't think there is anything wrong with the algorithms, when in combination. I think that is kind of the point, to be additive with them. This pedal is at the end of the day an ambient and shoegaze pedal for synths and guitar. Synths, well you don't include stereo unless synths were in mind. With that being said, it will dramatically alter whatever sound you run through it, in a good way. Rundown: Build quality: 5/5 - It has weight. It's not cheap feeling. Knobs are flat out solid. Weirdness: 5/5 - It's two delays and a reverb, some delays and reverbs are typical, and others are just out there. It's basically sound painting with them. Fun: 5/5 It's FUN! Subtle: 0/5 - It's not meant to be a H90 or Helix replacement. It's going for something very specific, not a broad range of sounds. In short if you have synths or play ambient or shoegaze music, you will have a blast. This is what this pedal does, it does well. It sounds great. My advice...take it to its extremes. Don't chase it being normal. ... show more

Very lush and feature rich reverb and delays.
This unit has two delays, a reverb and a looper. You can do crazy complex stuff with it including changing the order of the FX chain. It is programmable but has all the knobs to be instantly tweakable. Each delay and the reverb have a wide range of settings which you can start from then modify guarantees to get just about any sound you want. The fact that it has both stereo out and stereo inputs allows for some really nice processing. The looper allows you to go absolutely crazy. The price is pretty cheap for the quality and features you get. ... show more

Cool but Flawed Multi Pedal
This pedal is cool but flawed. It needs volume knobs, preferably for all three effects but at least a master volume knob. There is a noticeable dip in volume when you switch the effects. I was also bummed out at how similar most of the presets sound, but also it's a fun pedal to play around with.

Ocean Machine 2
Fantastic pedal, I've seen other delay pedals around 199 - 250$ that doesn't have as many functions as this one. And the best of all it was designed with Devin Townsend 🤟

Great Delays and Very Unique
Upfront my beef is with the Reverbs, they are not full range, bright, lack body and depth. I expected them to be as good as R7x2, they are not. Oddly they are high fidelity, just have no bass, low mids and depth. Now to the positives, the delays in this are killer I wouldn't hesitate to buy a slightly smaller unit with just the delays. This can creates drones with every delay or reverb, freeze, loop, switch order of delays during loop, etc. For me the delays in this have clarity on attack in most modes, then take over with a expected flavor or unique. Some delays modes are extreme or limited use, but there are more than enough great ones. I just recently got this, hopefully there will be a firmware update to restore the full frequency to reverbs, some of the oddly artifacts able to be controlled with mod or x control like R7. I feel like BPM should be in this pedal and will search for it more, as that would be amazing. It doesn't show MS or BPM currently which is a tad annoying. Lots of potential with routing and great tones for delay, reverb more of a second reverb into preferred reverb as of now, may change with updates. If you don't need lush reverbs and moreso care about the delays and functionality you will love this. Me I am on the fence right now. ... show more
