  • Cooks amazingly well!
Size: 698 sq.in
First off the grill arrived care of FedEx. It looked like they bounced it on the ground all the way here. I contacted Monument Grill and the said not to worry they will replace any parts that may be broken. Fortunately, it was packaged so well that nothing was broken. Putting it together was straight forward, directions are a little weak but not too bad. Once together I did a 40 minute break in burn and everything worked great. So far I've used the grill 3x and it cooks food better than any grill I've ever owned (mostly propane). Really is amazing. Cleaning after each use is a bit of a pain but hey my grills clean! I highly recommend this grill you won't be disappointed. ... show more

  • I like it, works great, few things though.
Size: 698 sq.in
Overall I like it. Good size for the price. Accurate temperature control. Searing feature, 2 meat probes. Easy to use. 2 things. Pellets don’t flow into the auger good enough. The angles on bin are not steep enough. I have to go out there at least every hour and sweep pellets down. Not a big deal since I’m checking on it about that often. Instructions could have been clearer in how to sear., use the primer, how and when to use certain settings. I chose this over Pit Boss because this has a clean out for the ashes and a hole to dump excess pellets. However, I google Pit Boss when I’m looking for help. ... show more

  • Solidly built
Size: 698 sq.in
This grill is great. Cook's faster than my old smoker. Even lid has double wall to hold in heat. I've only used it a couple times so far it's much more convenient.

  • Great customer service
Size: 703 sq.in
I received my grill very quickly. Put it together, and it wasn’t complicate at all to do., however I had a bad board and kept shutting off and displaying error. Call customer service we went over the problem and they sent me a new grill the very next day. Now I’ve cooked on it several times from steaks 🥩 to smoking BBQ/ribs and I have no complaints with it. Good smoker you don’t get any dirty smoke from it at all after it gets going. Temperature was constant to the setting 8 degree fluctuations. Overall very happy with it for the price. ... show more

  • For the price I'd buy this all day long
Size: 698 sq.in
I just got this pellet grill and ran it thru a seasoning cycle. my first impressions of this grill at the $199 price is that it's a steal, even at it's original price of $399 it appears the be a great value. there are a few thing about it that are annoying, the shelf on the side and front are on the flimsy side and the warp when a little when the grill heats up. the prime button turns the auger incredibly slow but it seems to feed just fine. the pellet box says it holds 20# but it's more like 10#, <5# if you follow the instructions and don't fill higher than the grill in the pellet box. It has some nice features for cleaning out and the overall quality of the materials exceeds my expectations. I'm not sure how long the electronics part of it will last but the structure is substantial. ... show more

  • Amazing bargain
Size: 698 sq.in
The media could not be loaded. First of all: this grill is REGULARLY on sale. I bought mine new for $200. If it's currently going for full price, wait just a week or so it will probably go on deep discount again. On to the review... I love this grill! It's very basic, but frankly I don't need any of the fancy bells and whistles. The only "gadget" I really care about is meat probes, which many grills don't come with these days. This came with two. The temp control is good and the smoke is decent. It's a pellet grill, so keep expectations in line, but if you watch my video you can see a really nice smoke ring on the pork butt. The ash tray is also removable, the whole thing has double wall construction, and overall the grill has very sturdy and well-made. There are a couple down sides, but none of them are deal breakers. For one, there is a latch that lets unused pellets out, but it's very hard to fit a bucket underneath it and it doesn't even empty all the pellets. I've made a huge mess every time I've tried to clean it out. You also have to remove the grates to get to the ash tray, which can get messy. But the biggest grip for me was customer service. The thing is a bear to assemble, which was made especially difficult because it didn't come with all the bolts! Between messaging customer service, filling out warranty forms, and delivery, it took six weeks to get my grill actually assembled. All because it was missing like 8 bolts. Utterly insane they didnt just send out like $0.40 cents worth of materials instead of going through all that nonsense. ... show more
