I bought this toolbox direct from Montezuma and it is gorgeous. 3 stars due to completely absent support from manufacturer. Back to the good: Watched the youtube video of the guy in his garage and I was hooked. Compared to what Home Depot or Lowe's offers, this is very very nice. Shipment tracking was a problem eventually that was sorted (ships via RoadRunner, at least for me). Delivery was sketchy to a home address - and the pallet was huge as with the top unit it weighed around 550 pounds. You are not able to inspect the toolbox prior to delivery - it's delivered with the pallet attached. When you assemble it, plan on laying it on its back to get the very heavy-duty casters on. Pretty simple process. The only bad: unit was shipped with missing drawer liners and after 3 voice mails and several emails & even a customer review on the Montezuma website, they will not respond. Drawer liners aren't the most expensive - so just factor in that you will want to buy whatever they don't ship. End with the good: Love the splash of neon blue agains the black cabinet.
