  • almost a 5
The tab that turned it on/off was missing so I had to use a little straight screwdriver, BUT it saved my garden and lawn. We had a moth infestation - they were everywhere. MAKE SURE YOU USE THIS IN THE EVENING as I read that the sun inactivates it. I did buy it again to retreat - hope it has the switch this time. ... show more

  • Easy to use
Had a serious problem with Colorado potato beetle larvae eating my eggplant leaves and this stuff put a hurt to them. I like that it is harmless to the environment.

  • Very small worms in my raspberries.
I tried this product since it was organic. I have to say I was very skeptical that it would work, but it worked perfectly. No worms in my raspberry bushes. Great product. I now buy this every year.

  • Sprayer was broken and leaking...
The spray nozzle was broken and the package had leaked. I needed to spray and didn't have time to return it so I tried to repair it, but no luck. Ended up using an old Ortho hose end sprayer. I think the chemical itself is ok, it seems to work at least somewhat for our apple tree but we're still seeing some insect damage on the fruit. If you want to try it, get a bottle of it without the spray nozzle and use a good garden sprayer. ... show more

  • Expensive if used on lawn
The bottle itself is a little 'fiddly' to use, but works well. Rate of application is fairly high so, a bottle might cover a 'kitchen' garden - twice if small, but for a lawn infested with Armyworms, you will need 3-4 or maybe more bottles. This, however, may still be your only choice if you MUST have 'organic' or low-toxicity insecticide. It seems to work well, just pricey for my needs. ... show more

  • Apple blossoms and apples
In 2016, we had 7 apple trees with a total of about 3 apples. In 2017, no apple blossoms and no apples. We live on the coast of Maine, with European WInter Moth worms eating all the flowers on the apple trees. I decided to try to eradicate the moths, this garden spray was part of the process. During the summer of 2019, all 7 trees were loaded with blossoms and later apples. The garden spray was very effective, but this will be a yearly battle, because European winter moths also go after oak trees, which I have, and the moths are still around. ... show more

  • Works on blister beetles, but multiple applications necessary
We live in SE Kansas and this summer we experienced our first battle with blister beetles. I'm only going to give 4 stars right now because I've only used it once, but it did wipe out most of the beetles, temporarily. They came back after a few days, but I read that sometimes multiple applications are necessary to get rid of them permanently. I applied another application today, so we'll see what happens. It doesn't smell very strong, which is nice. Bottle was easy to use (just read the instruction booklet), and it hadn't leaked in transport. ... show more

  • Got rid of the blister beetles in my garden!
This summer I struggled with two different kinds of blister beetles in my garden. Research online brought this product to my attention because the reviews indicated it was effective while still being considered organic. Not finding it in local stores, I ordered from Amazon. I really like the fact it comes ready to attach to the hose for spraying a large area. I did a thorough spraying of the area where the beetles were eating through my tomato foliage, and later easily sprayed a smaller area where they had moved to the potatoes. For weeks before ordering this product I had been struggling to keep my tomato plants alive during the beetle infestation and the drought of 2012. After using this product, my tomato plants flourished, spreading out and setting on lots of tomatoes which I now need to pick before our first frost. This will be one of the garden 'tools' in my 'toolbox' next year for sure! ... show more
