    • Pretty darn good speakers
Color: Matte Black
Needed a pair for an indoor application. These made the final cut after testing a half dozen models. These have a solid build quality, good sound, decent volume, and TWS support. I liked the built in equalizer and that it supports TF cards. No light show but I would have turned that off anyways. Did not appreciate the difficulty of identifying the button functions in low light. Official battery life is supposedly not the best but that is playing at half volume. These can get pretty loud, louder than I need. I play at lower volumes, where sound quality is best, so battery life not an issue for me. I eventually settled on the Sehn Beat Boom speaker even though this has more features, is louder, and supposedly a step up. The Beat Boom just sounded better to me in the indoor environment it will be used in. The S620 sounds good, but it created a small background bass "fuzziness" when I listened to it, while the Beat Boom sound was crisp and clear. It is hard to explain but was obvious to me when alternating between the two. I was willing to trade some bass for a cleaner sound. ... show more

    • Nice Alternative to Similar Tube Speakers
Color: Matte Black
Works and looks like a bigger cousin of JBL’s Flip-5 portable speaker. Solid construction. Nice additional tiny non-roll wedge feet, something missing on JBL’s. Audio is clear and even, not sizzle boom. Bass-Boost adds a small band of bass over-emphasis, but is usually not needed. Main drivers are neutral tone and mods tend to overdrive audio at 80-90%+ vol. Bottons are hard to identify by sight OR FEEL. LEDs are very tiny, hard to see. JBL has superior buttons by 50% but up to 200% more expensive. S-620 is a great value when it’s on sale below sixty bucks. ... show more

    • Great little portable speaker – solid sound and battery!

Really happy with this Monster S620. For the size it’s surprisingly loud and the sound is clear with decent bass—way better than I expected from a small Bluetooth speaker. Battery lasts a long time too; I’ve used it for several hours of music and still had plenty left. It’s lightweight and easy to carry around, pairs quickly with my phone, and the build feels sturdy. The two photos show how compact it is. Overall a solid buy if you want something portable that actually sounds good. Highly recommend! ... show more

Review Image by Tracy W. Tabin
The Monster S620 Bluetooth Speaker exceeded all my expectations for a portable outdoor speaker. For its compact size, the 60W output packs a serious punch. It delivers room-filling 360-degree sound with crisp highs, clear mids, and surprisingly deep, punchy bass that doesn't distort even at higher volumes. ... show more
