No issues with seller so far as I have not had to contact them. The product is working as intended, so here are the pros: 1. Great sound quality. 2. Nifty carabiner so I can bring it anywhere. 3. Good bluetooth range. 4. No technical issues so far. 5. After explanation from the seller, the buttons make a bit more sense. Cons: 1. Charging cable was difficult to insert; may just be a defective model. It's good value for the money so far.

With summer coming up and a backpacking trip planned, I wanted a speaker I could clip onto my gear and take on the go, this speaker ended up being exactly what I needed. For the price, this is honestly one of the best bang for your buck speakers I’ve used. The sound is clear with a nice punchy bass, and it gets plenty loud for outdoor use. We had it going for a 3 hour hike, and the battery held up with no issues at all. It’s also built for the outdoors. I accidentally dropped it into a stream, and it kept working like nothing happened so the waterproofing definitely seems legit so far (I’ll update if anything changes). The carabiner clip is super useful for attaching to a backpack, and the suction cup is a nice bonus for sticking it onto smooth surfaces like glass. If you need a portable, durable speaker for hiking, beach days, or travel, this is a great pick. My only wish is being able to link multiple together, but overall, I’m really happy with it. Definitely worth buying!
