Would not work at all. Got it to turn on but could not get it to do anything else. Spent at least 2 hours on the phone with customer service and nothing was resolved. Returned and refund is being processed. Don’t waste your time

This product was incredibly easy to use and set up. I had it working within about 15 minutes and while I'm technical I am not great at these types of things. I really like the engraving quality and the size of the machine. It works perfect for small quick projects that I don't want to break out the large engraver for.

This set comes with everything you need to begin your engraving journey. The set comes with detailed instructions and even some safety goggles. It's relatively light weight and easy to handle. It's pretty versatile since it's usable for a wide variety of materials including plastic, wood, and metal. It even allows you to use it on food, but I doubt that I would use that feature. I highly recommend.
