The media could not be loaded. The laser was packaged very well. I was able to use it out of the box. Definitely a machine that you will have to take your time to dial in to ensure maximum performance. Be ready to have plenty of test materials to be able to dial in your settings. The precision and accuracy is amazing to say the least. So far the laser has been able to perform very well. I will be providing further updates as I continue testing more.

i have other fiber lasers so not a newbie to them. This one, however, took a bit of time to figure out how to get going. The directions are not clear as they are mainly for ezcad, well this is a bsl laser, and is not stated anywhere except a poorly organized zip drive. It works however, with lightburn, but must have newest version that works with bsl lasers. Had some issues, but customer service did there best to resolve.

The media could not be loaded. This machine is amazing. Once you learn how to use it, it really can do pretty much anything you can think of. I'm VERY happy I bought it. It is, by FAR, the coolest and most useful tool I've ever bought. 5 stars all the way! The packaging was great and the setup was easy. Really, the only learning curve for me, was the software. Once you learn Lightburn and Adobe Illustrator, the sky is the limit. Pro tip: Get Lightburn.

Fast shipping and great communication from the seller. I would highly recommend buying a monoport laser not just because of their fair prices but they have quality lasers and hardware. This thin in can engrave just about anything and can cut through 0.5mm aluminum like nothing

I had some reservations over the comments about no support. The shipping surprised me from China. It was fast and packaging was great. All these fiber laser parts are from China. The laser is working great so far. Support has responded to my question using the website chat and email. So far I'm happy with the setup and its easy to fix these lasers with so many parts available.
