This bed arrived quickly with all the parts. The gray color is perfect. Assembly took about an hour and it is very sturdy. I really like the extra underbed drawers for storage. The only issue I have is that the drawers are a bit tricky to lock into place and unlock. I have decided to not lock them in place. This is not a problem. Okay I was very iffy on buying a bed online but 10/10 I will do this again! It was time consuming to put together but it was well worth it! Hint: if you buy this and the boards aren’t fitting well tighten it on one side and then push it on the other side. We were scared that the boards were messed up but it just needed to be pushed a bit and boom!!

The bed went together without a problem. The drawers are a little chinzy but they work. I have soft storage bags that will fit in them to keep pet hair and dust off items to be stored. The queen size mattress we have is seriously too small. Check the dimensions of the bed and your mattress. We ordered a mattress from the same company, hopefully that will solve that problem.

The headboard is the exact look and color I wanted. However, past that, I can't say this product is really worth it. -First off, I am now 100% positive I was sent the wrong middle frame bar for structure of the bed. I've rotated it every way and there is no way to make the wooden boards all line up properly with the screw holes. This makes our first board (directly under headboard) not match and cannot be screwed in on one side. So far this has not caused any issues but I am sure down the line it will wear the frame faster than if it was installed properly. Couldn't get in touch with customer service and Amazon didn't help either, surprisingly. Their only offer was a return for replacement. This was discerning considering I took the bed apart and put it back together so many times. I gave up and settled with the crooked wooden board. -Secondly, the drawers underneath are not even at all. They bend and morph so they do not sit evenly under the bed. After much trial and error, my only fix was to buy a rug for underneath so now they cannot move as easily and stay in place slightly better. Overall, it looks alright and I've settled with it since we purchased a new home and have tons of other projects to tackle. But I cannot say I'm very happy with the way it turned out. I would recommend spending the extra $30-$40 and get a higher quality bed frame.

It’s poorly made came with missing parts and the back ripped contacted Amazon said I would have to send it back but it’s already built and weight over 100 pounds also the drawers are horrible they just have a nail hole so they won’t fall. Also it squeaks

Tools did not work, had to use my own. Come to find out that my queen bed does not fit the queen size bed frame. There is at least 5 inches either in the front of the frame or the end, depending where you place the bed. Someone needs to reevaluate the sizing of bed frames. If it wasn’t such a pain to take apart, I’d send it back. I have nothing positive to say about this frame.
