Bought this for 1/5 of the price of the name brand pencil for a brand new iPad Pro (larger size—for a college student.) The fact that it is a distinct color helps to keep everyone from mixing their pencils up, plus this one can hold a charge for a lot longer & comes with a cable—so it charges 2 ways, as a backup plan! The ONLY downside is it doesn’t have any way to tell you the percentage of life left (not on your screen nor on the pencil itself.) So, just carry the cable if you want as a “plan B” and you won’t have any problems—ever, even if you use the pencil forever. But otherwise, it’s exactly like the regular pencil, just a lot less expensive and with a lot more personality! Comes with 2 extra tips too! Definitely worth the money…and more…

This is the 4th pen I tried with my iPad before I fell in love. It connects easily, it doesn’t shut off too quickly, and it gets me through the day without recharging. I’m actually purchasing another.

The media could not be loaded. It was easy to hold, has tilt accuracy to the drawing, pressure did not make a ton of difference I felt. It had a charge after unboxing so I could test it. I used the shadow drawing app which allows stylus use to check how well it worked. I can use it for any app. I can write in the search bars on safari and I’m sure other apps as well. I am ordering a screen protector for good measure.

I like the color a lot. The nub and palm reject work well on my tablet. My biggest issues are 1: It's taller than my last pen, which takes some getting used to. 2: The on/off button is in the middle of the pen, so I keep accidentally turning it off while using it. 3: and the biggest issue, it's way too smooth, so it slides in my hand when using it. Which is highly annoying.

I’ve never used an actual Apple Pencil but this one seems to do everything the original is supposed to do. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s great! Sometimes it turns off by itself if it’s idle for too long but you just press the button and it works again. I saw a lot of reviews complaining about the battery life but I really haven’t run into any problems with it yet and I use it all the time. I just turn it off if when I’m not using it.
