I bought multiple grips so that I could find the most comfortable and easy to equip/remove grip. I ordered a 2-pack from Uppercase (most expensive), a 3-pack from litumfen, and a 2-pack from Fintie. If you're interested in how they compare, read on! FINTIE: I found these grips to have the hardest silicone out of the three. I couldn't feel any squishiness from the grips themselves, so I didn't find them to be very comfortable. I wanted specifically to try out the bell-shaped grip (tapers into a thicker area), and found that while it was nicely shaped, the hardness of the material made it not as comfortable to use. Pros: -easy to put on/remove -two different types of grips (slim and thick) -inexpensive Cons: -hard material -fits apple 1st gen better than 2nd LITUMFEN: These were the flimsiest and thinnest out of all the grips. They're designed specifically to be thin though, so that the 2nd gen apple pencil could charge on the flat side. The grip is molded to the exact shape of the 2nd gen pencil, and in regards to that, it's very form-fitting. Despite being the softest and most bendable of the three, I found these grips to be the least supportive and comfortable. Holding it at times felt like there wasn't a grip on. Pros: -soft and bendable -form-fitting to 2nd gen pencil -still chargeable on flat side -inexpensive Cons: -flimsy and thin -hard to put on (because so flimsy) -offers little support & comfort -probably not as durable UPPERCASE: These are my favorite out of all three. The grip is thick enough to be supportive and it's got a bit of squishiness to it. They're also pretty easy to put on and take off. I love the comfort, color (pink), and design of the grip! Pros: -most comfortable & supportive -just enough thickness & squishiness -cute color -useful design (won't roll off table) -easy to take off & put on Cons: -pricier than others (buy the 2-pack for a better deal) TLDR Overall, the Uppercase grips were the best in terms of comfort, ease in equipping/removing, and design. If they check all the boxes for you, I recommend buying the 2-pack because it comes at a better value.

Amazing! Helps me so much with my fingers. I have a tendency to hold it very tight so after a short time of using my apple pen, my fingers get sore easily. It is so comfortable to use it. Also it’s pretty easy to install. I like the fact that it doesn’t slip. One thing I would like for improvement is the length. I wish it’s a bit longer. With how I hold my pen, the grip doesn’t extend far enough to hit the skin between my thumb and index area. It’s a bit uncomfortable and even slightly painful. For that part I have to tape on a bandage. Other than that it’s amazing! Highly recommended it.

This is an amazing grip for the Apple Pencil. It still allows you to tap and squeeze the pencil to erase. If you push the grip down on the pencil enough it will still charge on the side of the IPad. Even if you have to take the grip off to charge it is still worth it to me! 10/10 makes it so much easier/comfortable to write with.

This Apple Pencil grip has many positive reviews, and I'm happy for the people who get value from it. I didn't, and it might help with your purchase decision to know why. First, if your Apple Pencil is the second generation model, you have to remove the grip when you're done using the pencil in order to attach it to the edge of your iPad for charging or storage. Then put the grip on each time you want to use your Pencil. The seller is very honest about this, and are careful to tell us this in their description of the product, and on the 'getting started' paperwork that comes with the item. The seller is to be commended for pointing this out, so we are not surprised by it. Many people do not consider this to be an inconvenience, or they like using this Pencil cover so much that they don't mind putting it on and taking it off every time. For me, though, the inconvenience of having to do this is greater than the value I get from using the item. Second, you can't pair the Apple Pencil 2 to your iPad after you've put the grip on it. So make sure you do this before you put the grip on, or your iPad won't recognize your Apple Pencil 2. Third, because I have longer fingers and slightly bigger than average hands, the grip is too short for me, it covers a very small area of the pencil and I would need a longer version of it for comfort. This won't be an issue for you if your hands are average to below average in size, but it might be if your hands are larger than average size. Fourth, the price of this item is way too much for what you're getting - a molded piece of silicone-like material that couldn't have cost more than 25 cents to make. Like I said, lots of people love this item. Their opinion is just as valid as mine, and I would never argue they are wrong. I wrote this review only so that people who are considering buying this item will know that some people are disappointed by it, and potential downsides of the product.
