Updated review: I'm updating my review after got some help from the seller. The company customer service is outstanding. With my initial copy issue, they reached out to me and provided some instruction to solve my problem. They also provided multiple solutions for solving my head shape didn't quite working with the unit until found a solution for me. Really grateful for their persistence in standing behind their product. I also had chances to test the unit in the water. Since I wear goggle and a cap, they pushed the unit in a better position, which does not causing any issue for me. I was able to listen to music the whole time while I swam for 2000 meters. No longer bored during lap swimming! There are a few times, the button was pushed by the water and changed to single loop, and changed back, but it's because I was in and out of water in fast speed. I have no issue with that. Definitely this will be my companion for swimming. Again, great company to work with. Old review: Mostly pretty ok, but a couple of issues with this headphone. First of all it dig into my right side when I wear it. Takes about 15 min to start feeling pain. I have a smaller head. Some times it won't let me copy some of my mp3 songs, and kept telling me errors. I had no trouble playing those songs and had no problem store to other storage. Haven't test in water yet, planning to go once I can get more songs in.

First, controlling the volume is not easy. It took me a long time to figure out that you have to swipe up/down on the flat area BEHIND THE EAR on the right side. I kept swiping the front flat area to no avail. I even called support and all they could say was they'll send me another pair as a replacement, thinking that they must be defective. If the instructions were a little more clear I would have given 5 stars but I took one star back because of the time I wasted trying to figure it out on my own. If you wear glasses these get a little uncomfortable after wearing them for a while. My OpenRun Pro Shokz are much lighter and more comfortable however, they're not water proof. I bought these for not only wearing daily at work but also for swimming my laps. Despite these issues, I would still recommend these headphones for all purpose use.

These are absolutely incredible. I’m really picky when it comes to quality with headphones. The bass is clear and the sound is vivid even under water which is what I bought them for. (Be sure to switch it to MP3 mode when swimming laps) I have a daith piercing which prevents me from wearing earphones comfortably and headphones give me a headache. These are super light and still allow me to hear what’s around me which is critical for me when I’m running errands or at work. Also no slip. They don’t bounce or slide at all when running. These also come with earplugs that you can use for sound blocking and do help you hear more clearly if that’s what you want. I’ll be a life long customer for sure. These are incredible

I couldn't believe how well the sound is while swimming laps. It is easy to get the .mp3 files on there, but not completely intuitive without reading the instructions how to do things. I've had problems with something triggering the mode switch from repeat -> in order -> shuffle randomly while swimming...that's annoying, as the swipe switch doesn't work well when wet. Also, you have to adjust your streamline off turns to not shut it off. Overall worth it, and you can easily hear books or podcasts downloaded. Other systems I've tried were "blah blah blah" and hated putting them in my ears.

I have tested this in a noisy gym, in a pool, and in the office. It's great not having to be tethered to my phone and use the 32GB FAT32 formatted local storage but I wish the instructions switching from BT mode to local MP3 player mode were not so close to the same instructions to turn it off (they could have created a third button on right.) Also I hit a 127 file limit in the root, so I had to create a subfolder which had no limit (so far). In a noisy gym, quite a bit of ambient noise does get through that I have to crank it up to max volume but even then I can't fully block it out (that's why they give you ear plugs). The volume up and down touch button is not as intuitive to use as say a rocker switch/physical buttons but that's CrApple's corruptive influence. Where it shines is underwater, opens up a whole new experience swimming to some Shostakovich! In the office, the ability to pair to two simultaneous audio sources and almost seamlessly switch between the two is great plus I can hear my coworkers questions at the same time! But I haven't tested taking calls on it, but my Android device indicates it is capable of doing so. Lastly, unlike so many IEM - especially ones stored in dental floss box - there's no way I'm going to forget these - my work's lost and found is littered with hundreds of orphaned AirPods since CrApple promoted that Oral-B toothbrush head knock-off style of IEM.

Bone Conduction Headphones are pretty cool. Listen to music, while still being able to hear things going on around you. I prefer them to over the ear or ear plug style headphones. After trying several types of bone conduction headphones, the mojawa Run Plus Bone Conduction Headphones are my favorite. As headphones go, the SHOKZ OpenRun Pro Mini - Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Bluetooth Sport Headphones are awesome, have excellent in quality and sound, but they don't [at this time] come with MP3 storage. Because of the lack of storage, I like the mojawa Run Plus Bone Conduction Headphones, which allow me to save my cell phone for more serious uses. If a call comes in while listening to the MP3 music, one tap will answer the call.
