Mohawk's FlexLok+ tab system allows you to quickly and easily install carpet tiles without having to rely on messy, smelly adhesives or poor-quality peel and stick backings. Flexlok+ tabs can be used on any substrate, and unlike other installation methods, Flexlok+ tabs attach the carpet tiles to each other instead of tiles to the floor. This allows you to replace damaged tiles easily or remove the tiles when you're ready for something new. Whether you need to install carpet tile in your basement or office, Flexlok+ tabs will provide performance without compromise.

I was shocked when I opened the Amazon box and saw the Mohawk package in this condition. [No, I did not order the used version.] I paid $164.99 for this mess. The pictures speak for themselves. The Mohawk package was dirty, open, poorly re-taped and split at both ends, The prior shipping labels (both to and from) were cut off of the box, exposing raw corrugated cardboard. If I were the Mohawk manufacturer, I'd want to know that someone in a warehouse did not care at all about impressing a new customer. In fact has lost one. Not sure what Mohawk will do, if anything, about this. I have written to them. But I would not recommend buying this. I have no idea if these tabs are old or new, useable, or even all there? It's nice to have carpet tiles that aren't going to ruin the subfloor. I didn't know if these would work but they do a great job and we haven't had any slippage or loose pieces.
