  • Innovation at its finest
Color: Jet Black Size: Frameless Magnetic Folio
I’m an iPad junkie so I have an aresenal of iPad cases: Apple Smart Folio and Magic Keyboard, Zugu, ESR Shift, Paperlike Bumper case, and TomToc folio. Out of all my cases I have ever had, this case tops them all in terms of features.I have never purchased Moft products but I have heard not-so-great things about their products. I decided to give it a shot on this folio and I gotta say this is easily one of the best iPad cases I’ve ever used. I was surprised to see complaints about the magnets being weak. I have zero complaints on the magnets. The only thing I can think of that is the issue is the cover on the front side. If you look at it, there’s no easy way to open it due to the crease/fold design. So if Moft made the magnets too strong, it would be hard to open the case. The magnets are strong enough to hold it shut in my opinion. For me, the game changer are the viewing angles. The elevated views are what really sets this case apart from others. In a saturated market with boring cases (trifolds, designs with little regard to users who want to be able to write at low angles or have better viewing ergonomics), this case has set the bar. I hope other companies follow through and innovate. Zugu and ESR, you make great cases but you have done little to nothing to improve or make changes when the new iPads were released. TLDR: If you want a case that has unique, useful viewing angles while also offering low angles for writing, this is for you. The material feels durable. Side protection would be a con, however, 90% of folio cases do not protect the sides anyway. Not an issue for myself since my iPad gets used at a desk or while sitting, never while I’m walking. Good Job MOFT, you have made using iPads more exciting. ... show more

  • Many options, easy and fun to use
Color: Cement x Sapphire Size: Frameless Magnetic Folio
This was such a unique and great iPad case. I really expected to be difficult to use, with so many different options that are available with it. However, it came natural after just a day or two of use. I really love how thin and light it is all still giving lots of different options for view ability. It also seems really sturdy. I really enjoy how it attaches via magnets. One thing that I have always disliked with iPad case cases is that they have to snap into place and sometimes it feels pretty unnatural to do so. Sometimes you really just want to experience the iPad and all of its thinness no case or anything. With this case, all you have to do is simply pop it off. It comes off extremely easily, but also feels like it’s really attached whenever you’re using it regularly. I love this case, and really don’t think that I’ll be going with any other style of case or brand in the future. ... show more

  • Magnet DOES NOT work (don’t buy)
Color: Soothing Mist x Misty Cove Size: Frameless Magnetic Folio
Infortunately, I had a very high hopes for this case and I was highly disappointed. I am in nursing school and use my iPad to take all of my notes, which are many. I’ve been searching for a case that has a lot of flexibility functionality-wise and thought that my hopes have been answered. I’m not typically one to even leave a review, I’ve only ever done it once before, but this time I felt I had to. I contacted customer service first and they made me send them a video to show what the issue was, which I thought was interesting. It’s been over a week now and I’ve heard nothing so I decided to contact Amazon and see if I could get a replacement hoping I just got a faulty one, but that wasn’t true either. Today I received the replacement case and I would say it MAY be slightly better, but still not functional. As other reviews have said, the magnet is essentially nonexistent. My iPad basically just lays on the case, which makes it not work at all. I am very disappointed in this and will most definitely be getting my money back. Please do not waste your time. I hope the company sees some of these reviews and makes an effort to change because it has potential but in its current state is worth worthless. ... show more

  • Surprisingly Great!
Color: Cement x Sapphire Size: Frameless Magnetic Folio
I'm really loving this folio case. The design is clever and super versatile—it props the iPad up in a bunch of different ways, and the little icons help you figure out how to use each angle. I didn’t notice them at first, but once I got the hang of it, everything just clicked. At first, I wasn’t sure about the bright blue on the inside of the case, but now I actually love that pop of color while I’m using it. I’ve mostly been using it in the office—mainly for taking notes and propping up my screen during the workday—and I’ve had multiple co-workers stop and ask about it. I can already tell it’s going to be great for presentations too. It lifts the iPad higher than most cases, making it easy to share what’s on screen with others. It feels pretty sturdy overall—though when I press hard on one of the angles, (I’m a heavy note-taker), it does wobble a bit. I’m also really excited to bring it on my next work trip. It’s always tough to get work done on my iPad when there’s no table around, but one of the angles lets me balance it on my leg or arm. How cool! Thinking of buying the pencil holder too. All in all, a smart and stylish upgrade and worthwhile purchase for me! ... show more

  • Maybe have some more function instead of all form
Color: Beach White x Terracotta Size: Frameless Magnetic Folio
So the magnet that sticks the case to the iPad should be strong right? It felt strong at first when putting it on, but leaving the sides exposed was risky. Well one day I had the case in stand mode and it fell over, so I tried to catch it on the cover side, one corner specifically. The case didn’t hold onto the iPad and it fell right onto the beach over a table, causing it to dent and also being covered in sand. So it didn’t really have that much magnetism to reliably hold onto the iPad, except for when you’re actually trying to get it off. Maybe it was my fault for looking to buy a good looking case that wasn’t just doing the three folds and calling it a day, or not buying an otter case or whatever, but still having a stronger attachment mechanism would be nice. ... show more
