I have not had much of a chance to use these yet, but they are good quality and should work well. I like that they are collapsible but I don't like the curved lame. The way the blades are changed on the lame feels awkward and would be easy to cut yourself if not very careful. The set includes a lot of very nice items but the lame should be redesigned.

This set is an excellent choice for those looking for convenience and durability. I've been willing to start making my own bread again, but the bread maker I was using doesn't give you many options for shaping the bread as I would like. With this set you have everything you need to accomplish more than you can with regular bowls and is very easy to clean and store. The silicone material provides a non-stick surface, making it simpler to remove dough after proofing. The baskets are less prone to cracking or breaking compared to other materials. I only wish they were a bit bigger to accommodate bigger batches of dough, so the sizes might be adequate for some users. For bakers seeking a traditional crust texture and shape, it may not fully meet expectations. But, if you are new to baking and are looking to starting testing the water without hurting your pockets, this very affordable set is a very good choice!

This review is for the MOFEEZ Banneton Bread Proofing Basket. It’s a good set, but the bowl is small. I typically make multiple loaves at once, but this would be best for one generous loaf. However, you can mix and later bake in the same silicone bowl, after greasing it. Love silicone pastry brushes! The silicone bowl is collapsible, so that makes storage easier, and it can be used simply as a traditional serving bowl as well, so you can have multi-uses from it. The other accessories are welcome, but I cannot find what metal is used for the scraper or whisk. It matters to me. I only want stainless steel! Know, please, this is NOT a set for a child. Do not let children set up or use the lame until old enough, & only then with adequate supervision! Happy baking!

So much stuff included ,excellent bargain compared to others, grab this while you can. I usually don't use any kind of rubber for food or beverages, but with these bannetons you aren't heating them up or cooking in them so I don't mind. I love that these are space savers ,my regular bannetons do take up much more space in my cabinets. Sizing is true to description, these are a buy,will update on the rubbers longevity. Rarely I give 5 stars ,and only do so after usage over a long time, so 4 🌟.
