Upon using this machine, it started tearing up the clay. If it doesnt tear the clay it certainy does a great job of crumbling the clay instead of flattening it out. I took apart this machine several times to find out where the clay catches and builds up. Several times I would run the clay thru after the cleaning only to find the lumps and broken pieces in the new clay I would run thru. Again cleaned this machine and again more clumps of clay wound up in a crumbled pile of clay. I ran many different colors and brands like Sculpey, Kato and Das Smart same thing crumbled piles of clay. Every single one of them. So. I tossed this useless machine. ... show more

It came broken. I looking forward for this product. It is cheaply made and one of the handles came broken, also it has a very strong chemical smell.

Very low quality, makes line dents through my clay, broke while setting up and very hard to press the clay through. Waste of money..I cut my self multiple times trying to clean this machine...

    • Love the tool, hated how it was wrapped
Every metal part was vacuum wrapped in blue plastic - which is common to protect from scratches BUT why would even the inside parts need to be wrapped? In order to unwrap we had to disassemble the whole thing with a screwdriver :/

rip off.... EDIT: This has had a review for awhile now and the company is STILL ignoring me! The thickness knob wasn't lined up, the holes were half on the wrong side of the knob. I really want to have a minus button for reviews, I would give this a minus five. The lack of smoothness of the clay, once you get through conditioning it, always had evenly placed ripples made by the machine. It also has a hand crank that is made of weak metal. I was cranking away with it when all of a sudden it jammed then the working end of the crank became nearly stripped. Now I can't use it for conditioning AND flattening. I was better off with a sheet of plexiglass and a roller. I hate doing a job twice and I really hate sellers who don't read their emails. I notified this seller and didn't hear a peep out of them. I was over charged too. Back story. I was really ill when I ordered this and when I received it. I was in the hospital also. I was in no shape to be dealing with this piece of junk. Eh...I will give it to my clubs metal collection for the spring. Or, I could take it apart and fiddle with it.\ ... show more
