Wonderful delft clay. I am still new to casting but, this is a great value for what you pay. When casting a majority of the sand can be reused while you only have to toss the scorched bits so this bag will last you a while.

This is very easy to use in small applications. I've been using it to pour copper rounds, and simple shapes. It's very easy to work with. I can make something simple to pour into in five minutes, and have it work flawlessly. I'm very new at this. I'm still learning. I've used it to cast molds of rings and it works well. Not quite as fine as I'd like it but still plenty find for my uses. It does not show impressions on the metal and holds its shape nicely after compaction.
