These coats are soooo warm. I love the blue color and the nice, zip-up pockets. The coat is a really nice qualiy and great for winter weather, skiing, tubing, or just being outdoors on a really cold day. The hood is just a little too full for me and makes my peripheral hard to see. The other thing I would say about it is that I would size up. I normally wear a L/XL but tend to go XL for heavy coats so I can wear a sweatshirt under it. I got the XL and while it zipped okay, there wasn't any "baggy room" in it. It does look like it costs way more that it does, and I would buy it again...but would size up. ... show more

Love this jacket. It's warm, but it's light. And it breaths really well. Wore it to go camping. I did initially get a jacket that was sewn improperly - the lining in one of the sleeves was twisted, you couldn't get an arm in. I returned it and got a replacement quickly and it was perfect. I also recommend buying based on your chest size - not your waist size. I have bigger ladies and feel much more comfortable a size up. ... show more

Went on a ski trip with this jacket. I obviously layered up but it was a great functional and warm jacket for the price point. I wore it during very cold temperatures as I ran errands as well and it also held up to the standard. The hood went over my helmet great, it’s lightweight, and the pockets to keep my items safe were perfect during my active moments. The size was perfect. I am 5’3” 170lbs. This coat is really warm but feels a bit too heavy for me. Before this, I was wearing a Columbia winter jacket that was very lightweight. I switched to this one because my sister, my mom and my other sister have it and all of it. We live in a very cold area and having a good coat is a necessity. For me I don’t like a really heavy coat because when I go inside, I take it off and I have to carry it all around with me. I would say that this is more of like a ski coat or an hiking coat or an activities coat because it will definitely keep you warm. But if you’re just looking for something to wear grocery shopping or to the store, this might feel a little too heavy for you.
