This jacket is excellent for the price. It fits well, very warm (very important in the VT winters) and is very comfortable. this jacket is not stiff like other winter jackets and allows you to move very freely and comfortably. My only complaint is that the jacket does not have drawstrings on the bottom to tighten the bottom of the jacket. I like to tighten my jackets on the bottom but that is more of a personal preference. ... show more

I normally wear a size "Small" but went with a "Medium" for some extra room. Nope! Ordered a "Large" next so I could wear flannel shirts or lightweight sweaters underneath. The "Large" worked best for me. The jacket isn't heavy but has warm fur lining and is very comfortable. It will work well for wearing on short outdoor activities where a heavier coat isn't necessary. I put this coat to the test in Iceland and it held up! Kept me very warm, was totally waterproof and the hood with the Velcro under the chin kept any wind from getting through to my neck. I love this jacket. I got the green and the color looks great. The quality is fine. It came shrink wrapped and was very wrinkled but the wrinkles ironed out nicely.
