This jacket was heavier than expected, but it works great for keeping out the cold. Rain rolls right off, and it stays dry on the inside. The lining of the jacket is super soft & thick, and keeps you warm. The zippers have Velcro closures on the outside to keep the jacket securely closed, all the way up to your neck where there’s straps to keep the wind out of your collar. The hood is removable and it looks nice overall. I would recommend it for cold weather between 20-45. Any warmer and the coat feels overheated and weighted. I also recommend a size up, especially for us heavy-topped gals

I ordered this coat as a plus size 2XL so I could wear hoodies and sweaters underneath thinking that would be plenty big enough, however it fits more like a youth Large. I am returning it and will purchase a 4XL. I did really like the coat it was thick but not to heavy, the hood did not hang over my face which I like, seemed to be very well made perfect for a Maine winter skiing or snowmobiling or just an everyday winter coat.

The jacket is well made. Has a nice warm lining. Perfect for cold winter weather. Nice deep pockets. Hood zips off. Denim blue is a light blue color. I wear 1x/2x but ordered a 3x, which fits perfectly for me, but know that non-usa size charts tend to run one to two sizes smaller.
