I failed to envision the measurement in the listing as the diameter of something that is that big all around and hilariously it's so much bigger than I expected. I was looking for something to work as both an ottoman, in front of a chair and couch, to rest feet on, and also as a coffee table. It was rather more expensive than I wanted and it is a bit large, it will still work great for me. It feels quite sturdy, won't slide easily across the floor, so I expect it to hold up and the fabric looks to be easy to clean. In all, it's just what I need, but if you're looking for something soft and cushy as extra seating, this is NOT for you. It's hard as a rock and the tufted padding has zero give. Update: Still loving it. The buttons on top do collect pet hair and dust, but I've found they come clean with a few blasts from compressed air, otherwise the rest is easy to clean with upholstry or carpet foam. ... show more
