This couch is not as soft as I had anticipated, however it is a high quality couch nonetheless!!! This is exceptionally made, and the modern, low set aesthetic will definitely have company paying you many compliments! If you are like me and want a couch made for lounging, napping, cuddling with the kids, this is her!! I also love the fact that this is a buildable sofa. I will always have the option to add pieces in the future if I decide to. That and you aren’t committed to one color or fabric as the covers are removable. And if that wasn’t enough, they are machine washable! Honestly, the only thing missing are cup holders and a phone charging station, lbvs. Other than that, this sofa is absolutely perfect. and washable. My one and only grievance is that I accidentally ordered the wrong color. But I did purchase the 3 year warranty and I’m still in my 30 days. Fingers crossed, I’m hoping they would be able to exchange the covers ONLY, instead of the entire sofa... Again, it is extremely beautiful, and I am 100% satisfied with every detail but my OWN mistake in ordering the wrong color!! You won’t be disappointed, click that BUY NOW button! I didn’t put the couch together, my husband did. He said it was a “b:*^h”. I don’t know if he was being dramatic because of all the boxes or what. But, it looked easy to me! The color is rich and it’s huge! I will update with a photo tomorrow :). It’s low-profile, which I wanted for my toddler who thinks he’s invincible 😅. Covers come off to wash! For the size of the couch, it’s a decent value. It’s quite a bit more firm than we were expecting, which is fine. Seems acceptably sturdy. The thickness of the armrest and back support is very nice. It would probably make more sense design wise, for the height of the back support to be 3” taller- the armrests are fine. But the back feels too low with the pillow sizes to really feel…comfy. Especially when compared to the depth of the seat. That said, the seat could also stand to be a couple inches deeper as well for adequate support- especially for us taller people. While breaking in the pillow/cushions expect ample feathers to work their way out. Lastly, while the option to wash the covers is quite nice, they are fairly time intensive to remove with the way the cushions and seats overlap- you’re basically taking it all apart. Decent value for the 4 seat U shaped when on sale. I don’t think I’d pay nearly $2k for it though after taxes and shipping. ... show more

This couch is a huge letdown, and I honestly can't recommend it to anyone. The design is deceiving because it looks much nicer in the pictures, but once you get it, it feels cheap and poorly made. The biggest issue is the cushion covers—they don't fit right at all. Either they’re too big and loose, which makes the couch look sloppy, or they’re too small and don't stay in place. Putting it together was a frustrating experience because of this, and I just couldn’t get it to look right. I really regret buying this couch and wish I’d gone with a better option. ... show more
