Yes yes yes we've all heard of these "viral, boneless couches". I was hesitant to buy because it only had one review at the time of purchase, but it had a huge coupon available. I figured for as cheap as it was, it won't hurt THAT bad if I hate it. It got delivered in 2 boxes on the same day by FedEx and even came 2 days earlier than predicted! I unboxed and they immediately inflated. I was able to set get them set up by myself with no help. I LOVE that not only does each piece have grippy bits on the bottom so they don't slide around, but also each piece has Velcro straps so you can hook them together! The instructions say it only takes 48-72 hours (not 7 days like the listing says) to fluff up all the way. It looks exactly like the photos and is SOOOO comfy. It's more firm than I expected in a good way. I slept on it the 2nd night I had it, and it's amazing. It's spacious but doesn't take over my small apartment living room. I LOVE this couch! The only not great thing I have to add is that the back pillows aren't very supportive, but that's fine. Nothing a few extra pillows won't fix. (I added the cat ones) ... show more

It’s too low to the floor. Other than that it’s super comfy and a lot firmer than I had anticipated. It’s a nice couch but I feel it’s a bit overpriced.

Better than expected. So comfortable and came to form immediately. Only flaw is the pillow support in the head and shoulders area, so I keep my throw blankets rolled up behind the large cushions. I love that the chaise can be placed on either side or stand alone for extra seating.
