I bought these for my 1990 fox body convertible, I had gray seats that didn’t match the interior. It probably took me 12 hours from start to finish to get these seats fully in my car. If you have a welder and the knowledge to make it work both safely and cheap then I would consider these. If you don’t have the knowledge or supplies and you have to pay someone to put these in; then I wouldn’t recommend it. The quality is okay but I know these seats will not last long, I’m and average size person and the seat bolsters on the bottom are really tight, I’m hoping that they just need to be broken in. I think it looks good overall and honestly I just wanted a matching interior so I could sell it. If I were putting this in a car I was keeping I would not buy these seats. I found seats in my area that were cheaper and could of worked probably better and lasted longer than these might. But hey I wanted to try them and it’s a good selling point …..”new seats just installed”. Hope this review helps ... show more

    • So Very Comfortable!
These seats are so comfortable that I don't wanna get out of the car! They are a bit narrow/snug in seat bottom, but it does keep you planted when doing hi speed cornering. Very good price, nicely constructed and really, really comfortable!

Installed in a 1981 Datsun 280zx, I Autocross this car so I needed the room to wear a helmet therefore I could not use the seat tracks provided. With any universal seats there is no direct fit. These seats are comfortable I’m 5’10” I weigh 230lbs and fit in these snug and I don’t feel squished in like other aftermarket seats. Great fit!! ... show more

    • Difficult to do business with
I bought the seeds to add some style to my Polaris slingshot. Little did I know is there was a lot of modifications required to adapt the seeds to the Slingshot. Unfortunately with the big Covid scare and shops being closed down it was an extensive and expensive process to try to get the seats mounted after several attempts we found the seats were not practical for a Polaris slingshot. Unfortunately by the time I contacted Amazon for a return I was passed the cut off date. So I contacted the company directly. They told me that I would have to ship the seats back to their place in Irwindale California I’m in Long Beach California that’s only 30 miles away. I asked if I could just drive the seats over to drop them off they said they do not do returns that way I would have to ship them. After buying the box and the shipping and everything I needed to try and get the seeds returned back to them it actually cost more than the seats themselves. Very unusual way of doing business. When I tried to contact the customer service phone number it doesn’t pick up or ring it just goes to disconnect. Do not recommend using this company to purchase seats apparently Covid and the problems in our society is overlooked by this place. I had to make mounts to fit the ajp frame for my 2000 civic by drilling and bolting steel strips to the frame then bolting the seat to it took 3 days between charges to the drill and Sawzall. Good seats came w sliders but there's no physical way to bolt them to the seats then the frame or vice versa 🤔 whatever no need they're bolted in and my civic loos great thx. ... show more

Wish I could give it a 5-star but it is lacking in a few aspects. First and foremost, the seats sit VERY tall compared to a stock Celica seat. My seating is no longer sitting upright but rather, a lean-back posture. It makes posture very uncomfortable. Stitching\adhesion is starting to fall apart under California's hot weather after 1 month. Winkle is showing at different fabric sheets meet. Slider's threading holes are garbage. They show signs of rust and improper machining to the point where I need to force the screw to strip in order to mount the sliders. Onto pros: Firstly, these seats are extremely comfortable! They are stiff but have enough cushion to keep you comfortable. What could be improved? The sides could stick out a bit further to keep me planted onto the seats better to prevent body movements. Fabrics are nice. Not to hard and abrasive. They look nice. Conclusion: If you need that immediate replacement for a torn OEM, I'd recommend holding off and getting the original seats. You cannot best the quality of the OEM seats. If you don't care and just want a cool-looking set of seats, these won't disappoint you. ... show more
