This coat is fabulous. It has a rain n snow resistant outer material, and a sherpa insulation inside in the body and hood. The hood is wide with laced strings to tighten it. The body of the coat has a zipper which goes up to the high part of the throat, meaning no need for a scarf. The sleeves are double insulated with a wrist gathering and outer covering. I love the pink color of this coat. It it's very warm and very good quality material. It runs small. I wear 2X but bought 3X for wearing sweaters or hoodies underneath to leave room. It fits me, but snug in the shoulder/armpit area. I will return and buy a little lighter coat for car rides. I don't plan on hiking anywhere that would need a coat of this heavy nature. ... show more

One of my favorite jackets. Very warm, soft light weight. Loved the inside packet, perfect fit. I would definitely buy again or gift it. True to size. Waterproof, wore it during a snow storm, very windy and wet. Did not get wet or feel the wind.

Warm!! I wore this on the "coldest" night in FL in forever with gale force winds for an outdoor concert. I felt nothing under this coat! I bought a size too big to layer and had PLENTY of extra room. Had actually wore an extra light jacket under it too.

I'm normally a size large which is what I ordered, could have gone a size down. The jacket is big and length is a little longer and wider than I expected. Definitely a jacket that keeps you warm and comfortable. I returned it because it was too big and overall not my type of winter jacket.
