I also have the 1996 version of this book. The 21st edition is impressively edited and for a technical text, this is very readable. It is chock full of useful information on the subject matter. Expensive, but if you're in the industry it's worth the price.

The ad was a little misleading. I thought I was buying the education book and not the test book but the book has a lot of the questions that you need to know and even more than you need to know to pass your HVAC exams. Keep in mind though that this is just the question book and the training book
