Color: Red Round Flow Fountains
I set up the fountain per the directions, but a plug on the pump to be connected with another plug will not fit together as the prongs on the one are too close together to fit the openings on the other plug. When I tried to turn it on, it would not work. I took a picture of the 2 plugs to show you how far apart the plugs are (see below). I don’t know if another pump would be different but I hope that it would and then the fountain would work properly. If there is a different problem then please let me know what it is and how to fix it. June 28 Update, I was in touch with the manufacturer about my problems with the pump and they were very nice and helpful, eventually sending me a new pump. Now the fountain works fine and looks great so I can now recommend the fountain and the terrific customer service that I received.

So far so good with this fountain! Very easy setup. Daily water loss from evaporation is minimal. Smooth, quiet operation of the pump is a plus. Good value for the cost. I would recommend this fountain.

The media could not be loaded. I really do love this fountain. It is well made, and came well shipped. The only downside is that the few pebbles it came with is wholly inadequate. But I intend to add a few shells or other treasures to it. This is a very easy setup. I wish it had an on-off switch, rather than just plugging it in and unplugging it. But I'm going to use a little remote control plug with it, to make it more convenient. This is quite loud, which is great for me. You can hear this in the video, even with some background talking. For my personal use, I really like this model more than others because I am short on space, and it displays perfectly at the side angle too. This is good to know and makes it more versatile. It can be used indoors or outside, but everything outside gets dirty and deteriorates quicker, so I prefer it in the living room or bedroom. It makes wonderful white noise to sleep by!
