I wanted to write a review more for the customer service than the chairs themselves. The chairs are great, don't get me wrong. More than good enough for the price. Stylish, nice color and material. Maybe not the absolute most sturdy chairs but for the price quite acceptable. But I wanted to talk about the customer service. One of our two chairs came with the small cosmetic ring that had broken in the box. Keep in mind this is just a cosmetic item. And due to the way the chairs are put together once you push the piston into the base its hard to get back out. But you would need to remove it to change out the ring. The seller could have just shipped me a replacement small ring at minimal cost to them, but the onus would have been on me to remove the piston to replace the ring. instead they went ahead and shipped me two brand new chairs at no cost to me. I really can't describe how amazing this gesture was on their part. Very grateful. ... show more

We use these barstools every day! They were super easy to assemble and have stood the test of time. The only problem was that one item was broken, we didn't really mind since it is not an important part. The color of orange is also very pretty.
