Whenever i buy somthing I always read every review with pics or video's and then I decide. This is a great product! The first package got lost so I got refunded and had to re order. This one came yesterday and i took down the fan with the help of a friend. Then installed this. Easy simple install, its very light weight which is good. No issues at all and everything was in the box. Its bright and has different settings to dim and change colors (3). Size is great, perfect over 4-8 chairs and a table (im putting 6). I would buy again!!!

Installed the light on 12/22/2024 and loving it so far. The light is beautiful and fit with our decor. Note, you can't use a dimmer switch with this product. The single pole light switch must be in the "On" position at all time since the light functions are controlled by the remote. Also, I pushed in the cablings to near the desired height but leave about 3 to 4 inches of slack so I can level (i recommend you use a leveler) and finalize the height of the light. Keep in mind once you pushed in the cablings they can't be pulled out. Pros: 1. Pack very well so there isn't any rattling in the box. 2. The 4 cables that attached to the light were properly looped so there weren't any kinks after hanging the light. 3. The light is made of good quality and didn't look or feel cheap. 4. The light was bright even with a good size dining room. 5. No flickering. 6. Great value for the price. Cons: 1. There is no remote holder. 2. Installation instructions aren't so good but anyone with electrical product installation experience shouldn't have any problem. 3. Depending on your mounting provision, the manufacturer mounting bracket may need modifications. Luckily, mine was okay. Not trying to scare anyone, but as in with any project, sometimes it just takes additional time. 4. Timer is only for one minute. Odd. Overall, the wife and I love the light. I would recommend this product. It is a 4-1/2 stars product and is a 5-stars if it came with a remote bracket that I can mount next to the wall switch.

When I first saw this chandelier on Amazon, I was ecstatic. It would have been a perfect fit for my dining room. I ordered it right away. This is where the joy ended for me, unfortunately. Here’s my story. First, the positives. Installation was a breeze. The chandelier is bright and lights up the entire room very well. It comes with a remote which controls the brightness and the color temperature, and has a couple of really cool automated settings which are a nice addition to the package. One thing you need to know is that it only works with simple on/off switches and cannot be used with dimmers. The dimming functionality comes from the remote. I was ok with all that. The flip side of the story is that the product I received is totally different from what is being advertised on Amazon. It has these huge and unsightly looking swivels (see my photos), which have nothing to do with the sleek design presented on Amazon. To make the matters worse, they make the cables look crooked, and there is no way that can be avoided (see my second photo). On top of that, the instructions state that whatever settings you leave on the remote, get memorized by the chandelier after 10 minutes of use. That’s NOT the case. Every time we turn this chandelier on, it starts from a default setting and we have to change the color temperature to something just a tad warmer (the default looks too sterile to us). So that feature doesn’t really work either. So, after discovering all this, I got in touch with the manufacturer asking for solutions. Communication with these people was torture, to put it gently. It took forever for them to respond, and the conversation was going nowhere towards a solution. It was mostly going back and forth, with no answers. I was told somewhere along the way that I was sent an “upgraded” version of this chandelier, and the original one presented on Amazon was no longer in production. They, however, had no solution for any of the issues I was asking them about. After 15 days going back and forth with these people, I had enough and called Amazon Customer Service. The only thing they could offer to me was to exchange the chandelier - but first, I had to send the original one back, and then they would send me a replacement. So, the logical question I asked was “how do I stay without lights during that period in the main room of my house then?”. It took multiple phone calls and multiple conversations with multiple people. At the end of the day someone agreed to send me a replacement while the original was still in the room. I just had to send them back the old one. A month and a half after my original purchase the replacement came and… as you might have already guessed it, it was exactly the same as the original chandelier I got. So, sadly, I am returning it, and do not wish to have anything to do with Matven and their “upgraded” chandeliers. I see in the product description that this is a frequently returned item, so apparently I am not alone. I had such high hopes for this fixture. It is so sleek and modern looking - only if it was the same as the one presented on Amazon... As far as I am concerned, I do not recommend buying it. I do not recommend buying anything from this manufacturer either. Not worth the hassle.

Great design and plenty of options via remote. I have mine hanging in a gazebo. While it can never get water directly on it, we are in Georgia and there is plenty of horribly high humidity during summer months. After 9 months it still works perfectly.

Lovvvvvvvve this light so much. Recently bought a new home and many of the fixtures were outdated. I saw this Felt it would be a good look over my dining table and it did not disappoint. Really beautiful light that changes tones, comes with a remote as well! It was very ease to install and the size is perfect for a medium or large space.
