Granted, I didn't have confidence these would work well, but it turns out they do work quite well. They snap on solidly in place and transfer the signal perfectly.

    • Works well but tough to separate once plugged to cable.
As others have mentioned this converter plug grips like a vice once connected to a cable. I was able to disconnect it by carefully using two pairs of channel lock pliers, but there was no-way I was pulling it off by hand.

These connectors sound amazing. The sibilance and midrange coherence has tightened so much I'm thin again. The image is so defined now that I actually feel like perhaps I'm experiencing an acid trip. Got this to see if it would work with my old Panasonic TV fiber output connector since I had lost my OEM cable. I couldn’t tell if my original Panasonic OEM fiber connection was mini-toslink, but this was inexpensive enough to take a chance. Ended up working great with my old Panasonic TV.
