I am extremely disappointed with this product. I purchased the Mobile Salon - Portable Inflatable Rinse Basin for Washing and Cutting Hair at Home and in Bed Without a Salon Chair because it had over 10,000 reviews, which gave me confidence that I was purchasing a reliable product. Unfortunately, the basin does not stay inflated at all. The moment the inflation needle is removed, the product immediately begins to deflate and cannot hold air properly. I was unable to use the product even once because it would not remain inflated long enough to support a hair washing session. Based on the large number of positive reviews, I expected a quality product that functioned as advertised. Instead, I received a product that appears to be defective and unusable for its intended purpose. I would appreciate a replacement or a full refund, as the product is not performing as described. ... show more

So the forst time i bought one i honestly loved it. Easy to use andnthen just wash it off, deflate and fold it and go. For how much I used it and how many times I folded that bad boy it lasted forever!!! However.. it did finally bust on a seam and I had to get another one. This time though I was not impressed. This one showed up busted and to the point that it instantly deflated so I did not get to use it. I was super bummed especially with it having gine uo in price from the first time I ordered and I had had such a good run with it. We use for a homebound wheelchair user at the kitchen sink It has been durable and works well for us. You have to use a towel around the neck below it but it has solved a big problem.

My spouse is wheelchair bound and unable to use our shower. With this device I am able to back her wheelchair up to the kitchen sink and shampoo and condition her hair with minimum fuss. Very easy to use as well as being a very reasonable price.
