I ordered 3 different neck pillows and took this one on a 15-hour flight to Asia. I slept for over 10 hours. The pillow cradled my head and neck so no wobbling or crooked neck. Also, it was cold on the flight but this pillow kept my neck and face area warm. It's lightweight and comes with an eyemask, earplugs and a storage pouch. Only downside was that I had a hard time compressing the pillow back into the storage bag. On the trip back, I again slept 8-10 hours. I have a very hard time sleeping on planes but this pillow was a fantastic.

The neck cushion I have not used yet. But it seems very sturdy and comfortable. Although those of you that got it back in that little bag need to tell me the secret. I ended up putting mine in a zippered compression bag, so it wouldn’t take up so much room in my carry-on. I almost sent it back for something smaller. But I have a long flight and I need to be able to sleep if possible.

So much better than the old neck pillow donut design which didn’t support my neck. I was able to sleep on two overseas flights with this one. For me the best position was the turn the pillow so the opening was on one side off my neck. That supported my chin best. Allows sleep in any plane seat; window, middle or aisle. The pillow is shrink wrapped in plastic when it arrives so you need to cut the plastic wrapping (not the pillow cover!). After washing the cover, I was able to put it back on the pillow. Recommend.

I believe this neck pillow design is a good concept and it was very easy to put on and take off. Also very easy to adjust the tightness of the pillow. I had to return this item because it immediately made my neck sweat. I spent a lot of time researching the different neck pillows that I need for next week’s flight to Italy. I was very surprised that I didn’t see anybody else mentioning their neck being too hot while wearing. I ordered two pillows to evaluate in this shipment and the other one that I ordered appears to be just fine and does not cause any sweating on my neck. I will review that one after we’re home from the trip. Three stars only because of the problem that I had. The product otherwise seemed just fine.

Very comfortable neck pillow, and is compact enough for long haul travel in a tote. But the really MVP is this eye mask. I had a terrible time with the time change to Europe and without this mask I would’ve been utterly hopeless to get any sleep. I’ll be bringing this every time I travel..

This pillow works well and is highly cushioned. It is great quality and the cover is washable. It will definitely hold your head up. It came with an eye sleep mask in a bag. Unfortunately, I doubt I will ever get the pillow back in the bag. The pillow is much bigger when expanded, which I was not able to squish back in the bag with my arthritic hands, and took up a fair amount of space in my carryon backpack. It will be better for car travel imo.
