I have a couple of memory foam pillows and it's always a family fight as to who gets to use them. I bought a new one to stop the discussions and have a new pillow for me. I liked this one because it's ergonomic and the price looked right. The pillow came quick and in a tiny box. As soon as I unpacked it, it stared expanding to its real shape and size. It took a good 5 minutes for it to look like what I have ordered. As soon as it has expanded my youngest son grabbed it, hugged it, and didn't let go for the rest of the evening. He took it to bed and used it to sleep on it. The next morning he said he loved it. The next day it was my other son's turn to try the pillow. He also loved it. The third night my youngest wanted to sleep with it again... Nope. My turn! So... This is what I can say. The pillow is so comfortable that it helped me sleep the whole night straight. It's not one of those pillows that smells weird the first few weeks and it doesn't generate heat that makes you sleep uncomfortably. I love the woven texture of the sleeve. Not only that, but it has another cover underneath it. Very conformable and clean. It doesn't matter which position you sleep in, you'll always feel so comfy!! Since my youngest one has adopted it as his, I'll be purchasing another one. Highly recommend it.

After a memory form pillow recommendation from a Physical Therapy doctor, I found and bought this. The instructions were vague but I did get a quick helpful response from the company contact. The pillow seemed unusual at first but after three weeks I find it works and is comfortable . Best, my neck pain issues are almost gone . Highly recommend but be patient !

I ordered the same item in December 2020 and have used the pillow every night for 3 years. Because its 3 years old I went to my Amazon history and ordered the exact same item. The pillow I received (in December 2023) is squishy and would never support the neck of someone with arthritis or other orthopedic issues. I have arthritis and spinal stenosis in my neck and this pillow is so squishy I could not even try it. If my head is not supported at night, the pain is too severe the next day. The original pillow I ordered in 2020 is firm. My head does not move at all unless I intentionally adjust it. The item shipped under the current item description is cheap and is not an orthopedic pillow. I don't know why the item changed since 2020, but I am now waiting for my shipping label to return the product. Another issue, is for the return, a printing label needs to be printed. I do not own a printer. Returns done through UPS can be taken to the store. This return process through USPS is a huge inconvenience. Never order this item. The description is misleading and the item is crap.

I had been waking up with awful neck pain more often than not, so I thought I’d get one of these alignment pillows. Everywhere else, they’re so expensive and I wasn’t even sure it was going to work. This listing was in my budget and offered next day delivery. It arrived the next day vacuum sealed in a thin box. There was a slight chemical smell but nothing too bad and it aired out well. When I went to bed I laid in it as I do with any pillow and while I didn’t immediately feel any difference or notice any change in my neck or head I had one of the best sleeps of my life! I woke up actually feeling refreshed and with no neck pain! I use the Sleep Cycle app to track my nights and you can see that I went from 60% quality sleep on Monday , waking up several times a night to 96% sleep quality on Wednesday and almost 3 more hours of good sleep. Even my regularity tracker was like “what is this”?? I do recommend this product and I imagine I’ll need to get more.

Honestly not sure how to rate this product. It had a lot of good reviews so I was optimistic. When I got the first pillow it was almost brick like even when warm. Almost too firm for me but after sleeping on it a few nights it seemed like my neck pain was better. I have a 14 year old neck injury so always looking for ways to deal with that. Since it seemed like it was helping and firm, I ordered a second pillow for my husband who loves firm pillows. What we received felt like a total different pillow. While the first felt extra firm, this one felt extra soft. Hardly any support. Since he usually likes a firmer pillow I gave my husband the firm one and tried out the soft one. Total different sleeping experience... and not in a good way. It was too soft and offered little support so my neck pain came back. I decided to return the pillow and exchange it for another of the same hoping it would be like the first one I bought. It was better but not the same. This pillow is now the fourth pillow I bought and I am now returning it because it’s even softer. There doesn’t seem to be any consistency with these pillows on the firmness at all. The first one is good and the third one is okay so I’m keeping those two but returning the others. Not sure it’s worth ordering a whole bunch just to find what works when they are supposed to be the same. Seems like there should be different options for firmness levels if they are that inconsistent

I've had this pillow and have only used it since I bought it in 2019. Great pillow and design. Makes it pretty comfortable to sleep with someone if you share this pillow(very easy as pillow is larger). Very comfy and helped my neck from being sore from soft pillows. Was not sure about it at first with it being a stiff pillow, but it is now one of my favorite purchases. Very much worth checking out, pillow has not degraded at all.

This pillow has seriously been a life saver and has improved my quality of life. I’ve had bad neck pain for years due to cracking my own neck when stressed and physical strain due to my job. I only use this pillow on days when my neck is really bothering me and it works like a charm. You can sleep on your side, but for me it’s not as comfortable and doesn’t give me the same benefit as sleeping on my back with this pillow does.
