It's really compact and doesn't take up much space at all. The LED touch screen is honestly great – bright, super responsive, and makes adjusting the temperature really easy I've noticed my electricity bill went down quite a bit compared to my old tank heater. The temperature stays really steady while I'm showering – no ups and downs, just consistent hot water the whole time The safety features like over‑temp and dry‑heating protection give me peace of mind. Plus it's ETL certified, which I like. All in all, a really well‑made, modern water heater. Highly recommend if you want something compact, efficient, and easy to use

After turning it on, the unit worked exactly as expected right out of the box The heating time is spot on – it reaches the desired temperature quickly, and the heat stays consistent throughout use. This compact unit delivers a punch based on the output specifications. What I did not anticipate were all the negatives a unit like this must overcome for my particular application. The difficulties in running two new 40 amp breakers requires a lot of new wire that is very expensive. My hot water heater is electric, however it only has a single 50 amp breaker. So two new breakers and an additional home run was required. The other issue for me was that you must protect the unit from freezing or it will fail. My current hot water tank is in the basement/crawlspace which is not heated and the house is on the water in the Pacific Northwest. Winter temps are freezing in this space, which makes the location of the install unrealistic. Given the uphill battle, the value of a unit like this for my application diminishes greatly. These units are best installed on the interior of the living space-you see this all the time in Europe where interior living space is at a premium. For my beach house application, a wifi traditional tank water heater makes more sense. I thought I had the specs down where this made sense-and would install the new breakers no problem, if that was the only issue. It is not. The other issue with the cold location is the efficiency of the heating ability of the unit. The map shares the temperature outputs based on location. Read ALL of this very carefully before ordering.

I installed this MIZUDO 11kW tankless water heater for a small point-of-use application, and overall it performs exactly as expected. The unit is very compact, which made installation in a tight space much easier compared to traditional tank heaters. Once set up properly, it heats water quickly and provides consistent hot water on demand. It’s ideal for a single sink or light-use application—just keep in mind the 2.6 GPM flow rate, so it’s not meant to run multiple fixtures at once. I also appreciate the digital display and error code feature, which makes monitoring and troubleshooting straightforward. Build quality feels solid, and the unit runs quietly. A couple things to note: installation requires proper electrical setup (240V and a 50-amp breaker), so this may not be a simple DIY for everyone. Also, availability seems limited at times. Overall: a reliable, energy-efficient option for smaller applications if installed correctly. Great value for the performance it delivers!

Bought it in June got it installed in September an it busted in December flooded my shop. Cause on demand hot water run up electricity bill an water bill 23k worth of damage. Wen I first contacted the company they was eger to find out but after o sent pictures of damage nothing .. so do not by if you plan on ever leaving for the weekend an not there every day to make sure it works an not bust

I got this because I wanted a tankless option that could provide hot water without waiting for a tank to refill. This is an electric tankless water heater that heats water on demand and is designed to supply hot water to a couple of fixtures at once. The first thing I noticed is how compact it is. It takes up way less space than a traditional tank water heater, which is great if you’re tight on space. The LED digital display is also a nice touch because it lets you easily see and adjust the temperature. Once running, the hot water is pretty impressive. It heats up quickly and you don’t have to worry about running out of hot water the way you sometimes do with a tank system. Because it’s a 240V unit, you’ll likely need proper electrical setup and possibly an electrician depending on your home. I’ve been wanting a tankless water heater for a while now and this one from MIZUDO ended up being exactly what I needed. From what I’ve heard this company has a pretty solid reputation for making reliable and affordable units. That gave me a lot more confidence before installing it. The first thing that surprised me was the size. It’s way smaller than traditional tank heaters and looks really sleek mounted on the wall. It doesn’t take up much space at all which is perfect for smaller areas or apartments. Setup was honestly easier than I expected. I was worried it would be complicated but everything was pretty straightforward. Once installed it started working right away and I didn’t run into any weird issues. So far the hot water has been consistent and reliable. I really like that it heats water on demand instead of storing it in a tank. It just feels more efficient and modern compared to older systems. One small thing to keep in mind is that since it’s a point of use heater it’s best suited for one area at a time. It’s perfect for a sink or specific location but probably not meant to run multiple things at once. At least it seems to be from my experience. Still for my needs it works perfectly. Overall I’m really happy with how compact reliable and easy this unit has been. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do without any problems. At the moment, I would definitely recommend this item!
