    • Poor packaging and lack of information
Package wasn’t packaged very well was busted open even though it was in three different packaging that looked like it started from one it broke so they put it in another one. It broke, and they put it in another package and it broke. The lack of information on the product itself, there should’ve been pictures of the labeling so you could read everything you would need for it. It should’ve stated that it’s for professional use only and buying this alone isn’t the only thing you need because you need a lot more with this product and able to use it for what it’s intended to be use.     • So far best relaxer!
I’ve gone through multiple relaxer and this one is the best one. It’s gentler and does the job keeping hair smooth. HOWEVER, This is price gouging! Go to your nearest beauty supply which are selling these for 10.00.
