This watch is very classy looking without having the brand name. It's pretty easy to mistake it for something that has come from Michael kors and another name brand watch selling place. The only negative is that the band is a little too big for my wrist. Although my wrist isn't necessarily on the big side these types of watches aren't adjustable without actually having to go into a store and having it resized. Pro: I really like the looks of this watch. The blue face is very attractive and easy to read, with white hands and a red second hand. It has a nice heavy feel that you would find on more expensive watches. It was easy to set, and so far is keeping accurate time. Neutral: It has a second, inner blue dial marked with numbers from 05 to 60, indicating the minutes in 5 minute increments. There is also an additional line between the numbers - why I don't know. To indicate 2-1/2 minute increments? It's kind of superfluous, although it does add depth to the watch face and an additional blue accent. Cons: Don't really like the band. Even though it's relatively heavy, it still has a "cheap" feel to it. One end of the band was only partially attached to the watch (hopefully you can see that in the picture), and there's an odd clasp that's a little hard to work and feels like it will not function well in the long run. It's a nice enough watch for the price, but I'll probably replace the band. ... show more

This is a nice, decently-hefty-feeling men's analog watch. That of course means it has the inconvenient aspects of such watches, namely: that setting it accurately is a bit of a pain in the bum (you need to pull the pin, spin the hands 'round, wait for the correct moment, and then push it in to start the watch) and sizing the watch to your own wrist is a bit of a chore (so if you're gifting this, either do that yourself or also include an adjustment kit and instructions to use it!). But, setting those inevitable aspects of this entire category of item aside: it's a good watch. Looks and feels nice, and fits well with any number of formal or semi-formal dress styles. The forty-dollar price tag isn't bad for this type of watch either. The only bad thing I can say against it is that it's not one of the Big Prestigious Brands, which only matters if the wearer cares at all about having a Big Prestigious Brand Name affixed to their wrist.
