We love this! Easy to assemble. They provide 2 allen wrenches. If you have the plastic holder/grip in your toolbox for the wrenches, it will make things much easier for your finger tips. You may need a second person for a few steps. Very sturdy. It can definitely hold 4 adults. 6 and 8 year old gave the top bunk a workout. I have vaulted ceilings so the room doesn't look crowded. If you need the top safety rail for children, get a shallow mattress, under 5 inches. I did get the foam noodles (black from hardware store) for the legs and side of ladder. Helps in case we make contact with our toes and feet. ... show more

The bunk bed looks decent once assembled, but the installation process was much more difficult and time-consuming than expected. It took about 3 hours to put together, and one of the parts broke during the final stage of assembly. I contacted the manufacturer through their support phone number and submitted an online contact request, but I have not received any response regarding a replacement part. I'm keeping the bed because of the amount of time already invested in assembly, but the experience was frustrating. If customer support had responded and helped with the replacement part, my rating would have been higher. Be prepared for a lengthy assembly process and potential difficulty getting support if an issue arises. ... show more

This bed is definitely sturdy and easy to put together. Trust me when I say the delivery box was a 2-person job. Perfect for air bnbs, guest rooms, and kids' rooms. Plenty of room for individuals to move around. Also, unlike the bunk beds from the early 2000s, this bed is tall enough that adult men and women do not have to lean down or lie down to be on the bottom bunk.
