When I purchased my Dome starter kit it came very quickly. And when I opened the box I was surprised to see that the quality of the Dome was even better than I expected. The Dome trays are extremely thick and sturdy and they whole just the right amount of water for the seedlings that I plant. The Dome covers are a very good quality also. It is extremely easy to attach the disc to the Dome, they just snap right in with ease. The Dome comes with a assortment of accessories from dirt tools and sticks to label my flowers and vegetables. I love the option to be able to use rockwool cubes and the trays that hold the dirt. One of my friends came over for a visit very impressed with what she's saw. So I gave her one to try for herself and she loved it. And so now I will have to order another in the future. After I got all my seeds ready for the Dome I then added some water and the humidity built up very quickly and I was able to adjust the disk which are very easy to move to let out just the right amount of humidity and now my dorm is perfect. I find the ease of this product to be most helpful and my flower and vegetable growing process. I'm going to recommend this product to my family and friends. It is truly the best way for me to prepare growing flowers and vegetables during the winter so I can transplant them outside during the summer months. the Dome is a nice size I'm able to place it right on my dining room table in front of my bay window where it gets the maximum amount of sun. The company that I purchased this from is excellent and really stands behind its product I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with the customer service and assisting with any questions and providing speedy delivery. It is nice to receive such a quality product that I will be able to use over and and over for many years to come. What more can I say about this product it is an extremely effective tool. I've started to explore growing many different types of vegetables and was curious how well they would do Under the Dome. I am pleased to say that everything I have attempted to grow has thrived and come along quite nicely. During the winter months when I'm running the heat my house is extremely dry but the Dome keeps all my plants and a current state of perfect humidity excellent for growing. And again the Dome is such a perfect size I think I might get two or three more and put them side by side and turn my living room into a miniature Greenhouse. In the past I've attempted to grow my plants without the Dome and found that they had a very low survival rate drying up and not receiving enough moisture. So again the only effective way to undertake such growing in your home would be to purchase a dome of this magnitude. My friend Margaret was telling me how she tried to grow a plant and all it did was wither and die and she felt that the soil was too dry so she tried putting plastic Dixie Cups over the top but that didn't really work so she had then thought to put plastic sandwich baggies but she found that the plastic baggies just reminded her of sandwiches and was not very helpful to her. So she purchased the Dome herself and all she was unsure if the size would be right she tried putting it over her TV set but that wasn't right so she thought she would just bring it to the kitchen and put it on her dishwasher and found it it was the right size the fit even in her kitchen. She said her husband wasn't sure how well that would work and he said that she should probably move it into the basement but she said she liked where it was and it really complemented the room so she kept it there and found that her plants really like all the light they were getting and grew very well. At first she was unsure what kind of vegetable she want to grow she thought perhaps she would grow some carrots but then she doesn't really like carrots so she said maybe she grow tomatoes but then she thought she kind of like flowers and figured maybe she could grow some tomatoes and some flowers and thought that was a really great idea. So all in all my friend Margaret and I both had excellent experience with this product and would highly recommend purchasing it to anyone.

These seed trays are great for the money! We are using them to start vegetables seeds using a soil blocker. We were able to start 300 onion seeds in just one tray. We decided to go with the non-vented trays, as we would not have any wasted water, and the soil can absorb any additional water. We really like the size of the trays, as they sit nicely on a large heat mat, and you can have several trays side by side. We also like the flexibility the trays bring, because we are able to sit pots, flats, and other various planting material on the trays. We also like that they are BPA free, and we can grow plants that are safe for our family, as well as start seeds to sell safely. We will be able to advertise a superior product thanks to these trays. The plastic is harder than other microgreen trays that cost more, and they have a better design. They allow you to hold peat pucks for other separate seedlings, or you can use the Mixc transparent seedling trays if you want separate pucks that you can plant in different pots. As mentioned, these trays are very strong, and I think we will get many years of use from them. The depth of the trays is perfect, because the tray has a nice lip on the edge to keep the plants, or seedlings from tipping over. The plants stay upright and soak up the optimum amount of light possible while also keeping them placed in the most efficient space available. This ensures I have as little amount of waste as I transfer seedlings into larger soil blocks or as we plant them. In addition, if there is wasted soil, the tray is designed to capture it, allowing you reuse any compost, peat, or soil. So far, we are very satisfied with quality and pricing of these trays. We love the fact that we do not have water or compost dripping all over our shelves, or other plants. We also love the fact that we can pick up these trays without fear of it collapsing. We will definitely be purchasing more in the future!

These domes are exactly what was expected: extra height, and good use of vents. All the vent covers arrived safely, and these domes will create excellent humidity control for seed starting and plant growth. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the domes are not as strong as I'd hoped; but then, that is to be expected for the price. I've had to pay some $17-20 for rigid plastic domes, and it's not really necessary for greenhouse propagation. These will do fine!

We just received these, so do not have multiple seasons of use to do a long term evaluation. These arrived without any damage, which is always an issue with this type of product. We use these for germinating seeds and then growing seedlings. The 1020 trays and domes are placed on heat mats. After 2 to 3 months, they go into storage for the next season. In the past, we have gotten at least 10 years out of a plastic dome as they are under fluorescent and/or LED lights rather than in very much sunlight. The vents on these are very nice, but you need to be careful when installing them by taking care to support the inside of the dome and then snap them into place. Like all of these things, they have gotten more expensive over the years, but these are competitive, particularly considering there are 2 top and 2 side vents. The plastic appears durable, only time will tell if they get brittle and crack easily.

They are a bit pricey for being thin plastic and they don't really fit the cell trays. Mine was also missing 4 of the vents and there's no option to get customer support or replacements without just returning all of the domes entirely.
