Description

Upgrade to our performance aluminum radiator to restore the integrity of your cooling system and improve overall efficiency. Our engineers designed an extremely durable, aluminum, direct-fit radiator for the 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra. Our 2-row core provides a 70% increase in coolant capacity, with a 12% increase in core volume and 15% increase in external fin surface area. Those improvements result in increased heat transfer and overall improved cooling efficiency. To ensure this unit is a bolt-on fit, we’ve incorporated an internal automatic transmission cooler which makes install a breeze and ensures transmission fluid temperatures are properly regulated. Our radiator includes new brackets, ensuring hassle-free installation.

The radiator overall is a great. Welds are clean and fit is perfect. My only gripe is in packaging. The box arrived with no damage, but I did have the dent in the picture. I received this radiator in damaged condition because it was not packaged properly and a poor build quality. First thing I noticed was the overflow nipple was broken off. That should have come in the parts bag to prevent this. The core was damaged because there was inadequate protection. The bottom tabs for the fan shroud were bent. The tabs should be stronger than this so they don't bend so easy. The drain is not a NPT thread and requires a special O ring seal, so you can't use a standard radiator petcock. The radiator cap is very difficult to remove because it does not have ears on it to grip. The cap is made of very thin material and has sharp edges. The mounts are made of plastic, instead of metal. I would think that, for the price of this radiator, they should be made sturdier out of aluminum. The welds look good like they were done by a machine. I returned the radiator never installed, so I don't know if it fits or not. I did not want a replacement of the same thing. I went with a different radiator and much better quality and with less money. I don't recommend this Product. ... show more
