I will write this review for my hair type, which is wavy, medium thick hair. So if you have this type of hair, then keep on reading: The flat iron I used before was a ceramic coated one. I've had it for 4 years. I noticed recently it's been snagging my hair when I was trying straighten it and also, the plates were getting kind of scratched somehow, and it was rough on my hair and it took longer for me to straighten hair because of it. I had to use a longer time straightening my hair, Making it dry with a lot of split ends. This flat iron was a LIFE SAVER. It not only is professional it feels professional, the black coating on the whole iron itself is soft, like a velvet feel, and the plates are titanium which make straightening your hair a breeze. Now when I use this one, it takes so much shorter time to straighten the hair, therefore giving me healthier hair, and making it silly soft. I've never seen my hair this shiny before, soft and healthy. The whole point of titanium IS the high heat, smooth plates, because it's made to straighten your hair QUICKER, therefore resulting in MUCH LESS damage to your hair. I put my heat protector in, put it on, it heats up I'm 15 seconds on the dot. And it is super hot. Then, I brush my hair out with my Tek wooden hairbrush, which is the best hairbrush ever because its made of hornbeam wood and the wooden bristles barely pull on my scalp at all. Then i begin straightening, and I barely use only around 7 or so swipes, followed by my hairbrush through and my hair is pin straight, like beautiful Asian style STRAIGHT hair lol. I've been using it for a month now, and I have to say, this is one of my best purchases on Amazon ever. Don't go crazy looking for all those expensive hair tools, the products from Italy are genuine and beyond professional. In fact my hair is so straight from day 1 of straightening that I don't need to do it again in a couple days, resulting in less and less damage to your hair! Just dry shampoo brush and go! Seriously, if you have hair like mine and you are aiming for that quick, less damage and healthy options (who wouldn't lol) buy this straightener. My hair has never been so healthy.

Omg❤❤ the best flatiron I've ever owned. Perfect temperature and straightens hair in one pass. It literally heats up in 10 to 15 seconds. It has a wider plate than most flatirons so you can put more hair in it which saves time. It is very affordable and durable. For all the women & men that wear wigs I highly recommend this flatiron, it's amazing on natural hair too.
