  • Good Camera
I bought this camera for $209 for a vacation I was planning. I think it is good to rate an object proportionately. For example, it is not realistic to expect SLR results from a $200 camera, which I was tempted to do, because of my (high) expectations. This is a wonderful camera for its price. The pictures are very clear (I am very demanding when it comes to pictures, but I want a simple camera to use for a short period), especially if you use the Automatic setting. The videos are very good. The automatic resolution is set to 1280; so, if you want a 1080 resolution, you have to change it. Over all, this a good camera and I love it. ... show more

  • Great camera
So far this camera works like the rest. Some reviews say that the WiFi is an issue. This camera hooked up to my WiFi app with no issues. Disclaimer: Remember when you buy anything that is WiFi you must keep in mind your WiFi strength, if you have slow WiFi you will get slow WiFi on anything you connect and the more devices you connect will slow WiFi down more. I felt that was a need for the WiFi experts that buy devices and complain how bad it is to connect too. The picture quality is good and will compare to any other camera in this price range. Would say all around great for the money. ... show more

  • Nice point and shoot camera, not overly complex.
At 72 years of age, I was looking for a relatively simple camera that didn't require an advanced engineering degree to use. I've only had it for a week but so far I've found it easy to use and comfortable to handle. The only issue I had with it was the battery packed in the box was DOA. After buying a replacement battery the camera worked as intended. I also appreciated that his camera came with all the accessories, including an SD card so he don't have to buy any additional items to use it. So far so good. ... show more

  • Lasted about a year
The camera - when it was brand new and working - isn't exceptional, even at its price point (for example - the lowest shutter speed time is 15s, autofocus when zooming works haphazardly, the camera from the get-go had an issue with the lens cover: if you turned it on accidentally with the lens cover on, it would go in la-la land and the only way to get it back to work was to remove the battery). After about 15 months, the camera wouldn't turn on - it would get stuck just like when the lens cover is on, with no clear way to recover. I bought a new battery and found that through an awkward combination of buttons you can still get the camera to turn on - sometimes. Never again a Minolta. Sorry. ... show more

  • Perfect Upgrade
This camera take amazing pictures. It is very easy to use and is lightweight. Took this to the coast and got great shots. Cannot wait to see how my next pix will come out.

  • Shoots in 72dpi
Bought to get pics of wildlife out the backyard. Does a good job. What they don’t put in the specs is it only shoots in 72dpi. So can not crop and enlarge. I find it gives best pics in the “P” position I adjust EV for best lighting. I mostly use with max zoom. Anti shake does a great job. Battery life is excellent. Does not come with a charger. Need to use cable & charge in camera. Transferring pics via wi-fi is cumbersome, need to download app, change WiFi settings to camera reopen app download pics then transfer pics to phone/ tablet… just takes to much time. Nice design, easy to hold and shutter button is well positioned. Overall does good job especially for the price, I paid $125.00, not worth anymore than that ... show more

  • Great camera for travel and vacations
I purchased this camera after purchasing a different camera. For a few more dollars, this camera was so much better and easier to use. The stability control coupled with the zoom lens has resulted in amazing images from a great distance. Highly recommended.

  • Camera was perfect for a beginner photographer
I really like how it captures action shots. I needed a camera to take pictures of my dog as she plays outside. The pictures came out nice and clear.
