I have many cameras, multiple $2K+ and more, but what do you expect for less than $100 camera? Yes, it is not DSLR quality, but it is very light, easy to use, picture quality is decent and it include switchable true "near infrared" and even little LED for shot full darkness. It's obviously not 1000ft IR flashlight, or not video in 4K@60.... But what do you expect from this camera, the same quality like $3.5K body + $2K for the lens? 100x more expensive... So, for the price I think it is amazing camera.... AND it includes lens cap, pouch, usb cable, HDMI cable, 16Gb memory card etc! Not like most modern expensive cameras, that comes in a cardboard package and instruction printed on a toilet paper... Even instruction written in simple way and printed on nice paper here. I bought second one of this little beauty. Blue variant is very nice looking, but plum/red is very nice as well (much better in real life than on pictures). I think that most 1 stars review, from someone who expect from $50 camera same quality as $5000 camera... Just set realistic expectations. The only con is not very good sound (and no input for external mic), and might not very long battery life, but overall (for the price!) it is very good. But might many people have better cameras in smartphones today... Anyway, I didn't regret, especially if consider included cables and accesories and price. ... show more

I bought two of these cameras for my eight-year-old grandchildren as birthday presents they are lightweight and simple to use and yet the screen on both of them which is a touchscreen never worked and then within a month of one went completely black. They are somewhat miss represented as being Minolta products the company that sells them is called elite services and markets them under the Minolta name but they are notBacked by a Minolta warranty as of yet I am still trying three months later ... show more

Camera was small and easy to hold. Video time was extremely short. A bigger memory card extended time, but not enough to warrant purchase. Camera was returned.
