I decided to get myself a new pair because we have built a new emergency room to move into. I’d love the color. The arch support feels amazing. The value for money is definitely there. Love the colors on this shoe. I workout 5 to 6 days a week and asics give me the support needed. In athletic sneakers I more than like size up a half size to a womens 9.5 or mens (because the foot bed is wider) 7.5. For these shoe I order a 7.5 mens, however they were a tad bit shorter than expected. I plan to keep them because if i size up they will be too big. I still love the color and style. Yes, they have my recommendation.

These are very comfortable and true to size. I wear a size 15 and have been plagued with corns and calluses on my feet since I was in high school. These shoes are extremely comfortable with a very thick sole.
