Easy to use. A little hard to get the unused clay out of it. Very easy to turn the handle too much resulting in bending the little 'plate' the clay is extruded thru. Next time, I'm going to flip the plate to see if I can bend the shape back. Yes, I can also bend it back another way. But I'm lazy and the way I'm going to do it fits right in with that. ... show more

This product came today. I planned to use this product with polymer clay. I opened the package to find a RANCID odor. I went ahead and pulled the extruder out of the package to find a sticky, crumbly, cakey substance on the end of the extruder, inside the tube and on the threaded part of the extruder...SEE PICS. I was so excited to try this. I bought 2. I waited a couple of months to use them. They both broke on the first day!!!! So bummed. Can’t get my money back, because I didn’t use right away.

Not a high quality tool. Will require greasing after a few uses when the coating starts to wear off. I didn’t expect that to be a problem the 5-6 time used.
