This tabletop table saw is small... very small, but big on value and power... very big. Don't let the price and size throw you. If you need a saw for light-duty, precise cutting, this is the one. It can handle cardboard, thin wood stock, light gauge metal and plastic tubing, and sheet styrene. I use it in my custom guitar business for cutting custom pickguards. Most of the material is around 3mm thick and layered, making it extra strong. The mini table saw handles the job flawlessly. The only flaw I found is with the dust port. It works as it should, keeping your work area clean and clear. But it is essentially just a hole in the back of the unit. You will have to fashion your own adapter to fit your vacuum hose. ... show more

This is a perfect table saw for use in making various projects for most hobbies. This is most useful when making building for a model train layout. It's easier to use than a hand held saw or a full size table saw. The cuts will be more precise and changing the blade is not a problem. However, there are two major drawbacks that I needed to know before purchasing the saw. One, the blade will not cut 1/4 " or thicker wood including masonry board. The motor is not strong enough and will slow to a stop before cutting is completed. Two, the blade is not adjustable to make angle cuts. Only straight cuts. These problems can be solved by using thinner wood and rigging the angle of the wood to make bevel cuts. Overall, it is a adequate unit for what I need and the price is right. ... show more

Double ball bearing supported shaft, good power to cut PCBs with the diamond blade. All aluminum body is sturdy on the benchtop, and didn't slide during cutting. Cut my standard-thickness PCBs with ease. Well made for the $60 price!

En general, el producto me fue muy útil. Por un lado, me gusta que es compacta y fácil de colocar en mi taller pequeño. El ajuste de velocidad y ángulo es útil para trabajos de precisión, y las 4 cuchillas incluidas son un buen extra para empezar. Sin embargo, para ser honesto la potencia de 96 W se queda corta para cortes más exigentes. Intenté cortar un trozo de madera no muy gruesa y la sierra se atascó varias veces, lo que fue bastante frustrante. Y algo adicional como no es muy grande, me imprimi una extensión que yo mismo fabrique porque solo llega a 10 cm y lo alargue hasta 23 cm. En resumen, es buena para proyectos pequeños y sencillos, pero si necesitas algo más robusto, quizás deberías buscar una opción con más potencia. ... show more
