(1)Enclosed Environment: WiFi signals are prone to being blocked and attenuated in enclosed environments (such as thick walls, metal cabinets, etc.), resulting in the camera being unable to receive sufficient signals. Enclosed environments can limit the propagation range of WiFi signals, thereby reducing the connection success rate. If the user is in a relatively closed environment when connecting to WiFi, the camera will not be able to receive sufficient signals, resulting in the inability to connect to WiFi. (2)Camera Low battery: WiFi cameras rely on built-in batteries or external power supplies for operation. If the battery runs out of power or the external power supply is unstable, the camera will be unable to start up or maintain normal operation, leading to connection failure. Insufficient battery power will directly cause the camera to fail to turn on, or shut down automatically after turning on due to low power, thus preventing it from completing the connection with the router. If the user does not fully charge the camera before using it or does not keep the camera charged during use, the camera will automatically shut down due to low battery when connecting to WiFi. Shutdown means that it cannot continue to work, resulting in the inability to connect to WiFi. (Please fully charge the device before use.) (3)Unstable Network: Weak or unstable WiFi network signals, router malfunctions, or being too far away from the router can all lead to the camera's inability to maintain a stable WiFi connection. An unstable network may cause the camera to disconnect during the connection process or experience frequent disconnections after connecting, affecting the connection effect. If the user connects to WiFi far away from the router or in a place with weak/unstable WiFi signal, the camera will be disconnected because it cannot maintain a stable WiFi connection. WiFi disconnection will affect the effect of video transmission, further affecting the user's experience. (4)Network Congestion: There are too many devices connected to the same WiFi, or the channel interference is serious. In this case, you need to change the router channel to avoid network congestion. Network congestion can lead to a slowdown in the connection speed of the camera, or even make it impossible to connect, severely affecting the real-time nature and accuracy of video transmission. If there are too many devices in the user's home connected to the same WiFi as the camera, it will cause network congestion, further slowing down the transmission speed and affecting the user's experience. (5)Failure to use a 2.4GHz WiFi. Our camera only supports 2.4GHz WiFi. If user select a 5GHz or any other band WiFi during the WiFi configuration process, a connection failure will occur. Before using the camera, check whether the router has the 2.4GHz band enabled. Q: Will the mini-camera heat up when charging and operating? A: Because the camera is small and heat dissipation is slow, it will heat up when it is charging and operating. This is a normal phenomenon. Don't hesitate to use it.
