Super quiet and works perfectly! It cools and heats my whole bedroom with no problem and keeps the temp super steady. The installation guide is very detailed, which made the setup much easier than I expected. I do recommend having at least two people for the install — makes the process way smoothly.

These are surprisingly great, no frills mini spilts. I bought two of these, the 12000 and 18000, and both have exceeded my expectations in the six weeks since installing them. It's been incredibly hot in the piedmont of NC so far this summer, and these two units have had no problem keeping us cool. They seem to work better and operate more efficiently than the two R22 and R410A systems they replaced. These use the new, more efficient, and less expensive R32 refrigerant and technology being rolled out in the US, so that's a plus as well. Relatively easy to set up, and easy to extend the line sets using the refrigerant volumes listed in the included installation guide. The online installation video is helpful for unpacking and staging the setup for DIY'ers. Customer service was also responsive and helpful when I had questions during installation and charging the systems prior to use for the longer line set runs. I'll return in the Fall/Winter with a follow-up review on heating functionality. But so far, so good, and well worth the relatively modest price. It would be great if Oylus offers a dual or multi zone system in the future.
