Bought two of these. Neither one of them will display the right time. We have tried every troubleshooting step we can find, from the basics (try a different time server!) to the advanced (download a time sync utility to replace the native one! Make a .bat file to fix your registry!) and nothing works. Nothing. Works. With the wrong time (and unable to adjust it manually) all CAPTCHAs fail. So most of the internet is unusable. Our return window closed while we were still working on figuring out a fix, so don't make the same mistake I made. Buy something different.

I have seen many different Mini PCs in Hospitals I have worked in as a Medical Device Representative for over 20 years. I had not considered replacing my massive home PC with a mini until now. I am very happy I did, the amount of space savings is great and being able to mount it to the back of the monitor makes it like an AIO (All in One). No additional desk of floor space needed. I am very happy with the performance. It is much faster than my older PC, Windows 11 Home is the same as on my Surface tablet. One thing if forgot to do before ordering was to ensure I had a plug in mouse and keyboard to set it up and attach the wireless set. When you are on the screens that require input, look for the little person icon, click on it and you can bring up an onscreen keyboard. Setup was fast and I could not believe how much faster this PC was for file transfer. What took over 3 hours to copy my files (Docs, Pics, downloads) onto the USB drive took less than 15 minutes to transfer onto the new Mini PC. I am about 30 feet from my wifi router and have a 300mbs plan, I reached 278mbs on the wifi speed test. I only get 285 sitting on the couch about 8 feet away from it with my laptop. Very happy with the wifi speed. There is hardly any additional programs on it to waste hard drive space. iProda provides a 3 year warranty if you register it. This is done through email and it only took a few hours to get a confirmation back. I look forward to many years of use from this very nicely priced, feature packed Mini PC. Thanks iProda.

It has been running great for me I'm giving it four starts due to a some difficulty in getting a clean windows install I installed a CLEAN windows 11 installation due to some online reviews including some on this site mentioning possible malware being in the pre-installed windows 11. After install basically none of the hardware will be recognized and setup by windows automatically. You just need to make sure to install universal copy of the intel network driver that you can get off their website and once that is installed you can use windows update to find the drivers for everything else Including a link to drivers would have been very helpful Overall I'm happy with the purchase and I'm not too put off by the malware possibility because in this price point I would not be surprised at all if any Chinese sourced units from other manufacturers would have the same problem I've had it running a month now and have had zero problems

This arrived on time and was well packaged. I am 77 year old and the product was plug and play. No problems with set up. Very fast and the colors are stunning. I use a Samsung large TV as a monitor. Only problem i have found is my age. I have used Windows 10 for years and spent hours trying to tweak Windows 11 to my preferences. This is a user problem, not a computer problem. If you are familiar with Windows 11 you will love this tiny computer.
