The media could not be loaded. First off let’s start with the packaging. This Minicomputer came boxed in the Amazon box, then in a padded carboard box finally with another padded presentation box. There should be no issues in getting this gem to your location. For less than $350 USD you can’t go wrong with this computer. With an Intel 12th i5-12450H Processor, 16GB of Ram and a 512 GB Solid State Drive you would be hard pressed to find a better deal than this. This thing is loaded with ports, Ethernet, 2) HDMI, 4) USB 3.0 and 1) USB C and an Audio Out and a VGA port. You can also upgrade the RAM and increase the storage capacity with a larger SSD if you so desire. You also have WiFi 6 and Bluetooth. This comes loaded with Windows 11 Pro so you are ready to turn it on and go to work. I was very impressed with the case of this computer; it is well put together. You can use this on a desktop, mount behind a monitor or attach via plate to a wall or bookshelf. This would make a great media server paired with something like Plex, you can stream music and movies around your house. You can add up to three displays for those using in a home office setting and just add a camera for those online meetings. Start up was simple and I found web pages to load quickly and videos to play seamlessly. Using Microsoft 365, I can work on spreadsheets, use word and PowerPoint easily with this small computer. It is so convenient that it takes up so little space. Really, for your money, it will be hard to find another computer packed with so many features, don’t be afraid of Kamrui because they have great reviews. This is my second Kamrui and the first has been operating great for a year. If you need support, there is a sticker on the bottom of the case with both email contact and telephone contact. They are just a click away from solving any issues you may have.

My second KAMRUI mini PC. I was a bit skeptical before my first purchase, but I am now a believer. The first surprise I had was how small and compact it was! It's a tiny little thing with everything I need in it. Plug & use right out of the box. I was impressed with its features, function, and ease of setup. It's really nice to have a powerful PC that doesn't consume way too much space and drives all of the connectivity that we need. It works quietly, and you can't even say if it's on or off. Wi-Fi isn't an issue at all, works very fast and loads quickly. It has 2 HDMI ports and can be used with 2 monitors simultaneously. 4 USB ports to connect everything you may need. Great for my simple needs, such as office work, YouTube, online surfing, and shopping. It is great, cute, and powerful enough for casual use. I am pleased with this little thing and won't go back to a huge, under-the-deck PC.

To start let me say I was very excited to get this pc as I hoped it would be all that it promised, unfortunately that was not the case at all! Since my purchase I have found that the seller has lied on there listing about multiple things, and there is no way it was by mistake! To start let me say I am a software engineer so I know a thing or two about pc's in general. I First had an issue with the fan right after purchasing which I overlooked and thought I was being a decent person by doing so only to find out much later after my return window had passed when I finally got the funds and time to upgrade the pc and took it apart that the seller had also lied about the fingerprint scanner and the ram. The listing clearly states that the pc comes with 16gb removable ddr4 ram with an additional slot to upgrade with another 16gb ddr4 ram to utilize dual channel and 32 gb ddr4 ram in total, well let me tell u that is a lie! The pc does have 16gb ram but it is soldered and built into the pcb and not removable and there is absolutely no additional slot to upgrade with a second 16gb ddr4 ram, basically your stuck with single channel 16gb ddr4 unlike what the listing and photos state. Second there is no fingerprint scanner on the pc at all, there is just a little window onto of the pc giving the appearance of a fingerprint scanner but upon removing the cover you will see there is not even a module connected nor a single wire connected, its literally just a plastic dummy fingerprint scanner window! There is other things that the listing also states that is incorrect also in terms of ssd too and I'm sure if I looked harder I would find yet more things I could complain about, but honestly it's not even worth the time, the seller clearly knows the listing is inaccurate and a lie but probably also knows most people won't disassemble the pc until it's too late to return it, as was my case. I promise this is a truthful review not just an angry disgruntled customer, if u order one just take a look yourself you will see what I'm talking about. I have to say this is the biggest scam I have ever purchased on amazon and honestly Amazon should not allow sellers like this to do business on their platform, I am a loyal customer on amazon and have been for years and have always ordered all my parts and modules from them due to the convenience, but honestly this makes me not even want to buy from Amazon anymore bc in the past I have always thought amazon was atleast a safe bet bc if something was inaccurate they would refund or replace but in this case most people will not realize until the return window has passed, and that makes me very weary and uneasy as I feel lots of people have been scammed by this seller and haven't even realized yet. I understand their will probably be skeptics out there so you can take my advice or leave it, just trying to help fellow tech enthusiasts, but point blank it's a SCAM, WASTE OF MONEY, and really NOT COOL AT ALL!
